Worse ENT
If I could give a negative review I would. Fulcher performed an unnecessary image scan and now I'm was stuck with a $525 medical bill for seasonal allergies. Fulcher rushed my first time visit, lacks bed side manners and no explanation of services. I asked the billing rep if she could have the doctor call me. I called 2 days later. The same billing rep said it was out of her hands since I asked for doctor.

Not for me!
My favorite ENT ever was at MENTSA, but he moved away. I was then assigned to Beverly Fulcher, MD. I wasn’t happy with the first visit I had a few years ago, but decided to give her another chance this summer. At this visit, I felt rushed and she didn’t listen to what I was saying. Left there with nothing except a $350 for CT SCAN. Went to another ENT with a different group and after LISTENING to me and doing a thorough evaluation, he gave me a diagnosis that explained all my symptoms. I’m done with MENTSA!

Dr. Fulcher is the most unprofessional dr. I have ever met. She told me to come in for a surgery at 6:00 a.m. but didn’t let the hospital know. Once I was in a gown, ready to start, she then decided she didn’t want to do it until I have some other tests done. I started crying so she told me if I wanted to be upset I could find another dr. I asked when the soonest is I could have the surgery, and she tells me that she has a life too and can’t accommodate just what’s best for me. She is so rude!

She was very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone. She gave me a shot and got to feeling better within 12 hours!
