Nothing against her but her practice officials
Unfortunately their office gave my child THE WRONG VACCINE. I don't blame Dr. Tyler but for that reason I cannot trust the practice.

We have been seeing her for ten years or more and we LOVE LOVE LOVE her. Patient, thorough, amazing, funny and pays close attention to details. Super caring. Can not say enough about her. I would be lost if she left

My kids needed vaccines and anti-Malarial medicines to travel out of the country ! I can’t describe the runaround I got from their so-called Pediatrician! You will expect an older pediatrician to be a little more caring but she’s absolutely NOT ! I should have switched doctors from the very first visit ! Terrible and uncaring. I wish my new job had a contract with Kaiser so my kids could remain with Dr. Brown at white marsh ! Highly disappointed in this pediatrician

This office is the absolute worst! You would have a better chance reaching North Korea on the phone! I spent the better part of a day and a half just trying to obtain medical records, and was constantly put on hold or the phone just hung up. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this doctors office. If by chance someone does answer the phone, the young assistant is rude and could use customer service training. Just an all around terrible experience

I have been taking my children to Dr. Tyler for 19 years and LOVE her! She has a great rapport with both of my children and has always patiently answered my many questions or referred us to specialists if needed.
