Dr. Salcedo IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!

Dr. Salcedo was kind, friendly and thorough. My child was at ease under her care. Staff was friendly too. Good experience overall.

The people who work here are very nice and friendly. My only thing that bothered me is both times that I've gone in to see a provider besides Dr. Salcedo is having to wait for long periods of time. This last time I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen without being given an update until the med students came in about 30 minutes later to go over stuff and the chart and discuss stuff before the doctor actually came in.

Dr. Salcido, [phi removed] primary care physician, is very well-informed and knowledgeable. She understands [phi removed], her medical conditions, and her as a patient. So Dr. Salcido has always been very forefront reviewing whatever needs to be updated for [phi removed] and to continue her well-being as much as possible. And if we have any questions, she does encourage us to send any unanswered questions or unasked questions through my portal. So there's always good communication and she's always pleasant and very knowledgeable and very helpful. We do really appreciate all that she does for [phi removed].

I want to comment that I am extremely happy and happy with my Dr. Betzy Salcedo and she is an extraordinary human being and they were important and dedicat4d time and showed concern and know my medical history. I love them so much and may God blesses them and she is the bet doctor I have known in y 60 years and they are very efficient and very kind and I get appointment reminders and they provide everything for me and I am very pleased with my doctor.

The family doctors. Dr. Khoda, Dr. mine, and Dr. Salcedo. They are excellent. But I am leaving the ICU, the specialist and emergency service in the ICU is the worst I have ever seen.

The waiting time. Maybe you could speed it up a little because after my appointment time I had to wait a long time.

She is the most caring, personal, professional, trusting, well educated, doctor of all the doctors I have seen at UCI and I have seen a lot of doctors at UCI. But she out does them all. If she isn't sure about something she takes the time to find the answer. She isn't intimidated if I know something she doesn't or if I'm missing something I should know she enlightens me..it's easy to show her respect because she gives it so freely. I would even go as far to say she's definitely in the 10 best doctors UCI has.

My Dr. BETZY SALCEDO is very patient, she listens to me carefully, she explains to me and tells me what she is going to do or what I have to do, she is the best doctor who has seen me.
