I arrived early for my new patient appt and began filling out the online sign-in which ended up being many pages long, got in 4 person-long line in Dr George's office, was told she was working across hall today, was 2nd in line there, signed in there and sat in waiting room 5-10 min. By the time the nurse asked and entered the same info I just entered in the on-line sign in (this took a long time for her to complete this) and waited for Dr George to come in, much time had passed. Dr. George came in, introduced herself and immediately said that I was late, my appointment was already over and I needed to be on-line from now on. This set the tone for the 5-10 minute-long time she gave me for a new patient visit. Later, when my husband attempted to explain what happened, the nurse implied that the Incident could not have happened. Initially, I was hopeful that I might have found a caring Dr but I felt anything but cared for.
