I prefer having a family doctor as my primary physician because I like building a relationship with my doctors. I've been a patient of Dr. Winkler's for 15 years and we have a great rapport. When I have an issue, she listens and she is on it! Dr. Winkler is very thorough, attentive and is interested in serving her patients. If we have a differing ideas of treatment, she'll metaphorically gently shakes her finger at me and moves on. For example, I never got a flu shot until now, in the Covid era, I do! She is very happy with me:) As a woman, I really connect with her. From my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Beth Winkler!

She was extremely rude and impatient with my daughter. She told my daughter that she was old enough to sit still and not flinch when she reached out and grabbed her neck to fell her glands without warning. Then when she wanted to listen to her heart, again without warning, Dr. abruptly stuck the stethoscope on her chest, and my daughter flinched, she told her she was going to have to lie down. My daughter then said, I'm sorry but you startled me can I please try again? Dr. Winkler, then said "I don't have time for this" I have never had this kind of experience with a doctor before. Her tone and manner the entire visit was rude and extremely unprofessional. My whole family has been going to this office for five years and never had anything but good experiences until this visit with this doctor.

She was rude and had a horrible bed side manner. When she gave me some advice that I questioned she snapped at me went to her computer and began to type in patient will not follow Doctors advice I told her that I already did that treatment plan but she did not listen to me. I also feel she ordered unnecessary tests.
