Dr. Lopez has delivered 2 out of 3 of my children and inserted my IUD, Ive been going to him for about 10 years now and I am always satisfied with his professionalism and how much he actually cares. If I see him in the hallways of Good Sams (i work in the victor farris building) he always speaks to me and if i have a question on the spot he will answer, most doctors wont do that. I havent had issues with his staff as some of these reviews have said but i think he is great

Going with Berto - was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is a Very professional doctor that also happens to have this wonderful personality to him. Very calm, straight to the point, and positive in a good way. My c-section was done in 20 minutes and, honestly, the incision was so tiny and neat, that now I don't even feel or see that little scar. <3 I sincerely wish for every girl to be blessed with a doctor like Berto.

I have been a patient for over 30 years. He delivered my youngest son, Over the years I have referred many patients to him. He is not only skilled as a Dr., he respects his patients. I have had some complex medical issues and he has always concerted my wishes in planing my care. Dr. Lopez is truly the last of a dying breed of Dr.s Also, as a doula I have also had the privilege of attending births with him and hands down he respects women and their desires to have the birth they want. Thank You

The one thing I didn't like is that,he examines you without a female present.His staff is really rude there should be some type of reform done with That.

This rating is not for the doctor, but unfortunately to his staff. I wanted to make an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist wouldn't let me talk and said I couldn't have an annual exam if I already had one. However, she wouldn't let me explain that I haven't had one in over 12 months. I decided that I would not try this doctor if I have to deal with situations like this one with his staff.

Dr. Lopez himself is a wonderful doctor. He's to the point and wants to help you in the best, fastest way. His staff on the other hand is what's making me look for another doctor. The front desk has such an attitude and isn't compassionate at all. I get a friendlier experience at chicfila then I do with staff. I have called multiple times to try and get in touch with Dr. Lopez, they have never transferred me back to him, nor have they called me back after being told to do so. Unprofessional!

In February of this year Dr. Lopez did my surgery at Good Samaritain's hospital. When I went for a post op, his staff was rude and waited for over 2 hours before I saw him. Mind you I had an appt. I then continued to see him because I liked Dr. Lopez. The next 3 following appointments, his staff waited until I got there to tell me my appointment was canceled because someone was in labor. Last but not least, I paid a co pay, they still sent the bill to a credit bureau which I had to pay again.

Dr. Lopez is great (when he's actually in the office), his staff on the other hand are awful. There's a new guy there (not archie) who answers the phone and is rude and incompetent. Sometimes the nurses and doctors don't even show up to work. They have babies and little kids back behind the desk and they are so unorganized.

Dr. Lopez had a great sence of humor. He was kind. Sadly his office is poorly managed. When I inquired about a bill recieved, I was very disappointed at how his office handled my questions. I asked to speak to someone from the billing department and was told there is no billing department. I had legitimate questions that any dr office should be able to answer with adequate record keeping. Front desk is very unprofessional inreguards to administration and handling patients billing questions.
