Dr. Bertha Mayorquin, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bertha Mayorquin for my annual check-ups, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her care. She provides clear and thorough explanations, making sure I fully understand my health status. Her diagnoses are always accurate and well-supported, and her approach is professional yet personable. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and reliable doctor.

Dr. mayorquin could not have been any more caring and understanding! She listened, ask questions, gave suggestions! With regards to wanting to improve my health we were on the same wave length! She took a good deal of time with me and I could tell she was concerned!

Very well professional health care aid..

I have been a patient of Dr. Mayorquin since she was located at 377 Jersey Avenue behind JC Medical Center. Been a patient for over 7 years. I like this location because there is free parking and they do virtual visits if needed. So far no complaints. If I ever feel rushed I will let her know. The receptionists need to schedule patients so the doctor has enough one on one with their patients and some patients require more time than others. So far I'm pleased with her an will continue to see her. It's now a learning hospital where she is so sometimes they will schedule you with interns/doctors in training, etc. However, I make my appointment specifically for Dr. Mayorquin because we have history and because of history.

Dr. Mayorquin has always been super professional, and my most recent visit is no exception. While she couldn't definitively pinpoint the issue, she was able to refer me to a specialist who confirmed her suspicions and course of treatment. Always takes the time to talk to me and is very thorough.

she is a liar - doesn't know 90% of the stuff she claims to specialize in but is happy to charge after FAILING to provide any service whatsoever

Awful. Please do yourself a favor and look for a better provider. This doctor is lax in her services and does not seem to care.My aunt has been complaining of headaches and bumps and after three years. she decided today to take her seriously. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Anything that happens she will be liable for it. She clearly does not follow her oath of service. Doctors who think since they are receiving government insurance that they will get away with their lax of service but they clearly have no idea whom is in their family and their level of intelligence. Well this will not stay this way.

Dr. Mayorquin’s office is lax with filling prescriptions and her office billing is a disaster. She refused to see my 94 year old mother to take out stitches from a fall claiming she must be a private pay as her insurance doesn’t pay. I contacted the insurance company and there hadn’t been a claim submitted by her office in a year. This is a disgrace to the medical profession!

she was in a rush to leave for the weekend and spent no time engaging with my questions and concerns. she quickly diagnosed an infection, made a prescription and ended the conversation in the middle of my questions! i need to see another doctor to really learn about my condition and plan of action to solve it. And the pharmacy never got her prescription!

Awful. Waste of time. Website claims she specializes in various things but it's not true. All she does is give referralss - but she still takes your money and acts like she did nothing wrong. Truly stupid person.
