Have only had tele-health visits on account of the pandemic. That said, Dr. Nayfack has been consistently late in calling at agreed upon times. Today, after finally calling the office to see what happened after waiting 30 minutes, I was told he had cancelled my appointment for some unknown reason. NO notification even though I had taken time away from work to be available for the session. I don't know what his issue is-- but in my experience, he has no respect for his patients time or schedules and probably shouldn't be in this practice.

My BF see him. The doctor has not called him twice now for tela appointments. Nor can his office call him to update him to reschedule or they keep prescribing a medication thats on a national shortage. His receptionist is a joke.

While I have seen psychiatrists for several years, I have not met one who is as condescending and belittling as him. I am shocked that UPC allows him to continue to practice and has not had a malpractice suit against them. Generally, people who post did not get the meds they are ‘looking’ to get. This is not my case. I would implore someone to get elsewhere...

Was "out taking a walk" when I arrived on time at an appt. Took three days to write a prescription when I was out. Very, very unpleasant and asked "what do you want?" in my first appt, referring to medicine. Truly awful provider.
