I am a patient of Dr. Savella, and I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Savella again. for the past several months and all I get is an attitude problem and my calls disconnected by his rude and obnoxious staff, Lexi, Justin, and others

Dr. Savella is such an amazing sweet man! But, unfortunately, his receptionist is very nasty to the patients and has forced me to seek out another Dr. I refuse to deal with her attitude nor should anyone have to. Sad Bc he is such a kind man.

Doctor is good, but the staff is totally unbelievable. Extremely rude and nasty to not only myself but to other patients and on the phone with patients. and family member. And when I attempted to very diplomatically bring it up to the doctor through the paper thin walls, he defended his staff to no end. That is the reason I gave him only a fair remark.

Dr. Savella is excellent. Unfortunately, his staff is not very helpful working with United Healthcare to get medication preapproval that was discussed personally with Dr. Savella. Regrettably, I have been forced to seek another neurologist services.

His Secretary is always very cold. I believe being a Doctors secretary and dealing with caregivers you should have some degree of compassion but with this one women you receive 0!!! You never get a call back from the Doctor and I believe it has to do with his staff. The Doctor himself is very compassionate and has great understanding of illnesses. It's a shame I can't give him 5 stars because of her.

Wonderful Dr. Explains everything you need to know about you condition, and answers any and all questions you have. Great bedside manner. Truly cares about his patients. However the two women at the front seat are very nasty and have no patience and are very rude. If you ever have to call to get something from them for insurance purposes they will not do what you ask!!!! Very unpleasant women, I have witnessed them being rude to many patients as well as myself!!!
