Renewed my faith in Medical Providers!!
Dr. Bochner has been the most phenomenal physician since I first consulted with him about my care. I consulted with many other surgeons and fell like he was the ONLY one who heard what I was saying and listened to what I needed. He has been so thorough and clear about what he is doing and why. His bedside manner and professionalism is outstanding. I am proud to have him as my physician and believe he sets the bar for exemplary care. He has been the reason I am able to trust a medical provider after my last one failed me horribly. He has given me as much of my life back as can be expected. It’s a natural reaction that when I see him I get very emotional because he has helped me feel heard and respected and never just pushed through a “system” I feel like a person that is valued when dealing with Bochner and his team. Thank you Dr. Bochner and team for being such an outstanding provider.

Since I met Dr. Bochner six years ago, his care of me with his shaft has be nothing but the outmost professional. My questions are fully answered, so that I can understand what he undertaking. When one enters Solan, appreciation come into play, but Dr.Bochner and his staff understand the significance of the visit and makes you feel at ease. Thank you Dr Bochner for your care of me doing these six years.

Excellent and Methodical!
I was diagnosed with bladder diverticulum cancer in late December 2022 and was treated by Dr. Bochner and his staff at MSK. He was matter of fact, practical, and methodical in his diagnosis and treatment. His skill and command are immediately apparent. You got only one shot to get this right. There is no one else that I would trust with my life. Thank you, Dr. Bochner and to your very professional and helpful staff.

Does not have time to talk to the patient during scheduled appointments, call back about serious concerns, or even reach out if the patient passes away. Stay away.

I am a bladder cancer survivor for 20 years and Dr. Bochner saved my life. I had radical bladder surgery and he made it possible for me to function and live a normal life. I have come in contact with many other doctors for other health issues and he stands out to be on the top of my list as being incredible

he is very known from Bladder cancer so I was able to see him. I was diagnosed with T3 bladder cancer. He removed my bladder back in November 2018. The level of care I received at the hospital was wonderful. I was not pleased that he only saw me twice during rounds, but his fellow did come 2x daily. My main complaint is his staff. His nurse Emily, and the rest on his team are rude, don't return phone calls or answer messages on the portals. This is unacceptable.

Besides lacking empathy and compassion, Dr Bochner will not hesitate to keep a patient waiting an hour or so in the outer waiting room and not care (nor does his staff) about keeping a patient waiting another hour in the inner waiting room. Truthfulness is also lacking, forcing a patient to try and get to all the truth. When it comes to surgery, chances are Dr Bochner will use his Fellows to actually perform the surgery under his distant observation. He may be liked by some, but patient beware.

Dr Bernard Bochner treated me for a rare bladder cancer 6 years ago today. From the moment my wife and I met him, I knew he was the surgeon for me. Dr. Bochner is not only a highly skilled surgeon but a gentleman as well. Since my surgery I have referred both friends and my own patients to Dr Bochner for care. I give him my highest recommendation.
