Visited AZ Eye Specialists for an exam & learned I had glaucoma. 2nd issue was cataracts in left eye and was lasered. My insurance paid both invoices for these visits. I was scheduled a follow-up appointment for the glaucoma. His office called to remind me of my scheduled appt. Six days before my appointment, they called me and cancelled my appointment, citing issues with my insurance company not paying invoices. I advised all my invoices had been paid. UNPROFESSIONAL. Greed over patient care!!
