Doctor who listens!
I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenthal's for several years and my admiration for him has only grown over the years. He listens with a caring and helpful attitude. Always professional and friendly, too. Doesn't rush me and I have complete trust that he has my best interests at heart.Susan makes me feel welcomed and she is always competent and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Rosenthal.

I've been his patient for a few years now and always have felt that he has treated me very well. He listens to what I've had to say and made sound professional opinions regarding my epilepsy and prescriptions. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a great neurologist with professionalism.

I have been seeing Dr. Rosenthal for a few years now. He was very good at helping me manage my migraine symptoms at first. However, I was prescribed a medication and had severe medical complications from it. I went back in and he said it was probably just a drug interaction. He did not seem concerned for the continued care of the condition that started with being prescribed for that medication. I refuse to go back to him as my neurologist as I feel that he is lacking motivation or drive to help me figure out why I had the reaction I did to that medication and if I have an underlying condition triggered by that medication. I am sad to say I will not be a continued patient and will not recommend him. Advice I would give to the practice would be: 1) bring in more motivated staff including PAs or newly graduate DO's that are excited and motivated to help patients 2) move away from simple diagnosis and think outside the box 3) improve technology use and website for the practice

Rearly does the office answer the phone to make appointments.2. Last visit schuffeled through papers during conversation. 3. Called after hours about a possible reaction to a new medication he prescribed, 24 hours later called service again,"he's not on call". Thank goodness Walgreens was able to help. Very disappointed.

He was my neurologist on and off for over 5 years. He prescribed me Tramadol for migraines knowing I have epilepsy. I had a seizure after taking 1 dose and I hadnt had a seizure in over 10 years. If my husband wasnt home when this occured this could have been much worse and I may not be able to review today. I have been told that he can't be held accountable. If you are looking for a neurologist, please look somewhere else because it can be a life or death decision.

Dr. Rosenthal and Susan are incredible. I have Myoclonus Dystonia with Huntington's Sydenham's Chorea. He has helped me tremendously. With no cure for my disorders. We worked hard finding medications for my disorders. Both are huge parts of my life, health, renewing self-confidence, self-esteem. Down to earth, we formed a bond . I can be myself - tell him what is new. Diagnosed at Shand's Neurology Gainesville, Fl I was referred to him locally Highly recommend him. Thank you for my life.

This guys practice is horrible. Stay away if you are looking for a reliable doctor. We have had so many complications with this guy and his failure to re-fill prescriptions that it has caused sever emotional stress at work and at home. They do not care! They will not go out of their way for you and they are closed on Fridays, so if you need a refill on your daily prescription and call it in on a Monday and it's still not there to pickup by Thursday, you're screwed for the weekend.

Dr. Rosenthal takes his time to talk to me every visit and is very thorough at each visit. I previously went to another doctor regarding episodes of my hands shaking and he did not do any tests yet diagnosed it as Parkinson's Disease and prescribed meds to take for it. However, upon my first visit to Dr. Rosenthal, he did a battery of tests and concluded that is was NOT Parkinson's Disease and advised me not to take the meds prescribed by the other doctor. The follow up has been exceptional.
