A good listener and thorough
When I first saw Dr. Reine, it was in a hospital situation. He spent a considerable length of time with me, listened to everything I had to say, and helped me with my acute insomnia by getting me to sleep for the first time in many years. We are still working through it. He was quiet, but professional. Most importantly, he listened.

Glad Meritas fired him
I am glad Meritas fired him, but I feel sorry for any other health care providers that may unknowingly hire him. Reine needs to have his medical license pulled.

Dr. Reine is very good.
Dr. Reine is very accurate with his diagnosis. He is quick, to the point. and always prepared. He is not very talkative, but he knows his business. I like that.

Dr. Reine could care less
This doctor was seemingly trying to get me in and out of the office without really examining or caring about the extent of my back injury. He never asked about the pain I was experiencing or what I needed from him. “What happened was all I got.” He didn’t ask any other questions. He legit had me move my legs forward, back, side to side, and told me to drink water and take some ibuprofen, all in the span of a minute or two. Examination, diagnosis, and course of treatment completed that quick… It didn’t feel thorough or reassuring, just rushed.

I was very impressed with Dr. Reine's professionalism and thoughtful concern for my health issue and his considered recommendations and diagnosis. He listened patiently to my details describing my health issues and provided his considered probable diagnosis with a proposal of the first testing actions to take which we proceeded with immediately.

Reine was a sniveling & whinney pathetic example of a doctor when I went to see him at an after hours emergency clinic. All he could do was whine & complain about how he had 40 people left to see after me (I counted & there were 4 when I left) and basically he insinuated that I was wasting his time for a bad staph infection that I had & I needed meds for. He was very angry & unprofessional. I was shocked at his behavior & I can't believe Meritas would even employ someone such as him. He needs mental help!

Against my wife's advice, I went in to see Dr. Reine as my regular doctor was not available. He is the rudest doctor I have ever came across & I would not go back to him if my life depended on it. He should be paying me for the way he acted.

I hesitate to even call Reine a doctor, as he is extremely rude & he gives the medical profession a bad name. In my 60+ years I have never been treated by, nor even seen or heard of a doctor (I use the doctor term very loosely for him) a person so lacking in manners & respect for others as Reine is. Meritas Health are you listening??? I will switch providers before I would ever consider going back to him. I am still in disbelief over his hateful ways. (p.s. did he have to pay his family to post what very few good comments he has about himself?)

I went in for a sinus infection but he only seemed to care whether or not I had COVID (tested me and results were negative) He didn’t tell me what he prescribed for my sinus infection so I had to call my pharmacy to find out myself. I have had issues with the prescription in the past so I would highly discourage anyone from seeing this doctor.

I've seen Dr Reine twice and it won't happen again. The first time was in the Urgent Care when I was diagnosed with Covid. He reprimanded me for being around a person with Covid. (seriously) The second time I saw him was because my regular doctor had left the practice and I wanted my prescription renewed. The clinic just selected him for me without any input from me. He was upset with me because the other people I had seen (endocrinologist and imaging office), weren't forwarding information to the office. I assured him that I had asked each of them to do this and then he started complaining that primary doctors weren't going to get paid if they didn't have this information. I'm not sure what it was all about. I have no desire to see him again. Terrible bedside manner in my opinion.

Second time seeing him...though he is not my primary care physician. Check-in, staff friendliness, nurse friendliness were all excellent as normal. Dr. Reine was pleasant, asked good questions, listened to my answers and prescribed an eye ointment that did the trick in just a couple of days. I would give him a 5 star rating, but I save those for Dr. J.
