I just read some of the reviews for Dr Ott !
The people that wrote the reviews about the doctor being condescending and his mind up before he came in must have surely already been off their meds ! I have been going to Dr. Ott 10 years. He has listened to everything I had to complain about never cut me off and explained anything that I ever asked him about. I am an 80 year old male and Dr Ott is one of the most professional that I have been to in my lifetime !

Great doctor
Dr. Ott is very kind and makes me feel like I’m never a burden or asking too many questions. He is always o top of my health condition. He had to fill out a lot of paperwork that was required by my place of employment. He never once complained about having to fill them out. He’s just a nice all around guy!

Compassionate and Caring
Dr. Ott has been my PCP for 18 years. He is caring and compassionate. He takes a care of a condition that his beyond a generalist yet he has educated himself on the condition and offers choices as we discuss my care plan. Excellent Physician.

he is very condescending and quick to subscribe medication that you probably don’t need instead of fixed the root cause...I’ll never step foot into Rowan family physicians again

After decade(+) as our primary GP that we loved, two seriously life threatening illnesses occurred in 9 months. Suddenly detached and cold... no effort to contact, express empathy, offer support, or pray for survival... heart breakingly disappointing character exposed.

This doctor was very abrupt and unfriendly from the second he stepped into the room where my husband and I waited. He apparently had his mind made up how he was going to treat me before he came in. Because he didn't introduce himself, didn't say "Hello, I'm Dr. Ott", or shake my husband's or my hand or say anything positive to us at all. He sat down and told me how it was going to be, and then said, " There's nothing I can do to help you". He made me feel like I was wasting his time.

I have been seeing Dr. Ott for 11 years. He is the consummate professional and physician. He's attentive, listens very closely, asks questions and I never feel rushed or unwelcome. I am extremely happy to have him as my family physician.
