I did not verbally or give written consent to do an endoscopy but the doctor still shoved a long thin metal device down my nostrils. I would not recommend.

I’ve had five previous sinus surgeries which makes me a difficult patient who keeps getting sinus infections. Dr Loos is always attentive. I never get the feeling that he feels there’s nothing he can do for me. Staff is great.

When I go to a specialist, I am not seeking someone to be my friend; I want to benefit from their expertise. But expertise is not enough. If a physician is incurious as Dr. Loos is, he is likely to miss symptoms, and jump to a conclusion regarding the diagnosis that is not based upon facts. I feel like Dr. Loos is following a spreadsheet, ascribing symptoms to his disorder of choice, and fixating upon it . He treated me like I was 85 years old and feeble-minded. I am not.
