Dr. Hackett himself had come and got me from the waiting room. The nurse was busy. He stepped up as a team player to give the best patient care. The nurse is also amazing. They work and communicate really well together. Which put my mind at ease. Knowing I’m getting the best possible care. They are both kind and compassionate. Allowed me time to ask questions if needed for my surgery coming up.

I was in for a 3 month follow up visit after my back surgery in August. Dr. Hackett is informative and personable. He displays a caring attitude each and every time I see him. He explained my xrays in detail and he informed me of what I need to do to recover. I would highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Hackett if you are in need of back surgery. Everyone that I have gone to at Bone & Joint is knowledgeable, caring and understanding.
