Office does not return calls
My daughter was a patient of this Dr. I could never get a call back from his nurse and after several attempts I went with another Dr. The medication that Dr Dalton has my daughter on brought on Lupus but he didn’t take the time to talk to myself about it and sent out a very inappropriate letter stating that my daughter and him didn’t see medically eye to eye. The problem with that is my daughter is intellectually disabled so she doesn’t make any of her medical decisions. After nearly 2 years of being his patient she has never seen him in his office. He has only seen her in the hospital as a patient. I don’t know how he’s got good reviews because our experience with him has been horrible!

Left patience high and dry
During covid this doctor refused to come to his satellite office in fear of catching covid. But wanted all of us to travel 25 miles to his office in one of the most highly infected hospitals. And he never was able to correct my problem. Thankfully I have found a local gastro Dr who has. I do not recommend this doctor.

Absolutely the BEST Specialist I have ever met. From the minute I entered the door the staff was wonderful , and Dr. Dalton was without question the sweetest kindest Specialist I have ever seen. This folks is what real Medicine looks like . Caring , compassion , kind . Thank you so much for renewing my faith in the UT health care system , it was very dim before coming to your practice. Many other Specialty Dept. within UT can learn a few things from Dr. Dalton .
