Dr. Benjamin Cox, MD

After starting with Dr Cox at One Medical a year ago, I have nothing but praise. He's been patient, understanding, and welcoming. He cares about working with his patients to find a personalized plan that makes sense for your history and needs. Not just another doctor that throws pills at the problem after 5 minutes of talking with you, or claims that a common symptom is actually the cause of your health issues. Could not be happier.

Excellent. He was my primary care physician at Kaiser for several years. Given the pressure to see MANY patients at Kaiser, I can't fault him. Now that he has moved to One Medical and is under less pressure, I expect he will be even better.

Engaging, present, committed. Prompt. Courteous. Smart. Well studied, great memory, amazing sense of humor and empathy. Bright. Curious. Everything you could ask for in a Doc. I think I was his first "patient" post- residency, and I've had the best health in my long life under his care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cox for several years at Kaiser. He has always been friendly, kind, professional, and has worked hard to help me take care of my health. He has always made himself approachable with any healthcare question or problem; I have never felt judged for my faults. I've been lucky that my limited health problems always benefited from Dr. Cox and the Kaiser system. Appointments are sometimes short in time, but I believe this to be the requirement of KP's grueling schedule, and not this doctor's lack of concern. I feel fortunate to have had him as my doctor for this period of time and wish him the best in his new ventures.

Dr Cox is the best.

Horrible!! Do not use this MD. You will leave every appointment feeling bad about yourself. He is a rude, entitled, mean-spirited "doctor". This is not just a disgruntled patient speaking. User beware.

he was rude and superscillios. Riu to not walk from this guy. He actually thing up on me.

He’s rude. He mocked and made fun of my condition right in front of me to some other staff. He never said my name but it was obvious. He wished he could say it to my face directly.

Very rude and inattentive. He seemed to have confused me with another patient at first. He misdiagnosed me but another doctor caught his mistake. I will never make the mistake of trusting him again.

Wonderful. This man truly cares about his patients, and he's very passionate about medicine. He never seems rushed or annoyed. He's very caring and thorough.
