MA was really super (actually all MAs, RNs, front office staff I have ever had contact with at this office lead to me think "wow, that person is an excellent employee!"). Dr Ly is the best MD I've ever had (I've had some really good MDs at this clinic) - kind, patient, knowledgeable, human, aware of my needs. I love that Dr Ly allows me to be an active partner in my care, not just ordering tests because the algorithm says it's time but listens to me.

Totally trust him
Ben cared for my late husband for several years. Always kind and follows through. He saw that I had been in the ER last December and called me. Arranged for me to see a surgeon which ER doctor did not do. Now my grandson has started going to him. Ben is the best!

I love Dr Ly. He has a well run office. Short time in waiting room , good review of records. It’s been hard in Covid times to get a chance to talk to your doctor. Dr Ly listens and addressed all my issues. He’s very knowledgeable and caring.

As someone with chronic pain and exhaustion, I have seen my fair share of specialists and primary care doctors. Dr. Ben Ly has been the best so far. He is incredibly kind, a excellent advocate, and someone you want by your side if you have anything medically complicated about you. I very much appreciate his ability to connect me with specialists quickly, his excellent medical staff, and his willingness to look at all sides. If you need a primary care doctor, he's the one you want to see.
