My mother saw Dr. Harvey recently for a newly diagnosed glaucoma. She was understandably nervous and hoping for answers. Instead, she felt rushed by Dr. Harvey and states he did not take the time to explain things. None of the staff gave her forewarning about the pupil dilation (thankfully she had a family member with her to drive her home), nor did they provide eye protection or advise her to come prepared with it for after the dilation. If you live in OK, you know that August is quite bright. Additionally, Dr. Harvey recommended medication without disclosing the side effects, such as change of eye color. At best, Dr. Ben Harvey's office is disorganized, and at worst, they seem to not care about their patients.

We do think a lot of Dr. Harvey but some of his staff is ruining everything. I've seen this happen way too many times. They are the first people you come in contact with so they need to talk and handle things professionally. There is way too much turnover with staff.
