Amazing doctor!!
I visited the ER after weeks of on and off sickness that I’ve just become fed up with. Dr. Kakos was amazing, listening to all my concerns and frustrations. The er was very busy but I did not feel rushed at all. She took her time when hearing about everything I’ve been going through, and most importantly ordered labs that I’m hoping will start me on the road to recovery. I cannot recommend her enough!! there are not many doctors that truly care about their patients the way she does. Thank you Dr. Kakos!!

Dr. Kakos was very helpful during my ER visit, especially because I was not able to get in to see my doctor. She came into my room introduced herself, put her name on the white board and asked a lot of questions about the reason for my visit. She went over all the tests and gave me a copy. I still cant get into to see my doctor, but i know that she thoroughly checked my heart and gave me a reassurance that it was fine.

Absolutely awful, impersonal and quite useless.
A few years ago I came into the ER and had a wonderful staff and service.Today, I met perhaps the rudest and most self-righteous person I have ever met in the medical field. Her name is Belinda Kakos, and she possesses all the people skills you could expect from someone who has spent five years on an uninhibited island. She began by asking what was going on, then she cut me off when I told her I had been feeling lethargic for the past 7-10 days..her reply.'No you weren't lethargic because if you were lethargic you would be unconscious'Well I sort of just looked at her and kept going. The 2nd time she came in I told her that I am not sure how she uses lethargic in the medical world but it literally means.'adjectiveadjective: lethargicaffected by lethargy; sluggish and apathetic.'I felt tired and a little lethargic'She should not be working in medicine and next to people.

Terrible care, not listening to patient. – Jan 04, 2025

I would give ZERO stars if possible
First time to leave a review of any Physician. That's how terrible this encounter was. I am not the patient...my wife was. I am a RN. What struck me the most about this was the Dr.'s reluctance to assess or listen to the patient. She based her 'treatment and diagnosis' based on her fixed assumptions. Correlation and causation were backwards. The story is too long for only 1000 characters. What I will say is that when we returned to the same ED within 36 hours because the initial problem was NEVER treated, we received care from a PA who actually assessed and treated the patient.I am UNBELIEVEABLY frustrated by how this Dr. treated my wife and am equally concerned that this her standard of care.I wouldn't recommend any visit to this Dr. unless serious changes are made in her approach to care. Shameful

Awful
Did not ask what’s wrong (never came in) just ordered tests with no explanation. Testing for things not pertaining to visit. Horrible bedside communication. Had an attitude when questioning tests she ordered. Stay away from this ER.

Horrible so called doctor
Stay away from this doctor and st Mary’s. Went to hospital very sick with staph infection & sat in room for almost 3 hrs in pain and fever. She never came in to even say hi. So I left hospital and went to covenant hospital. A real hospital. Then she try’s to charge me almost $500. Wish I could give her negative star review. lol she’s a joke
