Her office personnel are terrible
I have gone through my insurance and the UT physician website to find a PCP. I get all done and come to my first appointment and am told that the doctor is out of network. After waiting 35 minutes I’m told no the do for isn’t in network. I had spoken to their insurance person who said she was in network but she needed to be set as my pcp with the insurance. I had that done too. Then the snippy woman at the front desk is really rude about it. So I am just letting you know the doctor may be a good doctor but her insurance is the pits. I am an insurance biller and coder so I know how insurance works.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. She don't care her patients. My mom she was over 80 years of age, accompany by my two sisters, visited her as a substitute doctor since her primary physician was not available. As usually, her primary physician from the same clinic will give her a allergy short since she has bad history for rapidly shift her condition to pneumonia. And when my sisters ask her to review my mom's historical medical history, she told me sisters that "They are holding her down".

She is like most doctors today. You are merely a number. She doesn’t follow through with what she says she is going to do. You have to call her office multiple times to get your rx called in properly. There must be a quota that she much reach for office visits because she forces you to come back to her office multiple times to fix her guesswork. You waste three hours for five minutes of doctor time. She reaches her quota.

I work with hundreds of Physicians and Dr. Seetar is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I'm extremely disappointed that a Practice I worked at for almost a decade and a Practice that I have recommended to everyone, employees a Physician with such terrible bedside manner. I have never been spoken to the way Dr. Seetar spoke to me. She has little to no concern about my symptoms, chest pain and SOB, and more concern about moving through the appointment. What a shame!
