Where has common courtesy gone?
I don't understand why someone at the front desk has to be so condescending and rude! I used to believe that people went into healthcare because they wanted to HELP people. Apparently not. Patients do not need to be spoken to or scolded/reprimanded as though they were children. (You may give a referral to a specialist (or two) which they may not be financially able to schedule for a while. You certainly don't know what each patient is dealing with in his or her life.) It isn't the first time that the front desk "staff" has had a less than professional attitude over the phone. I don't expect that it will be the last. Nothing seems to change, especially when I read the reviews over the years. If you can't be kind to people who are coming to a physician's office, then perhaps a line of work out of the public service realm would be more fitting.

Nurses consistently give wrong information. Will not get truthful answer about labs. If they don’t know say so. Don’t make it up. Front desk is rude. Doctor is very dismissive and uncaring. Patients fault for asking questions about treatment. If you go here. Shut up and do as the doctor says no questions asked. God complex.

Worst experience of my life with a doctors office. I would give zero stars if I could and wish I had read the reviews before seeing her because clearly I am not the only one who Becky Campbell has mistreated. When she first walked into the room with me, I said "good morning" to her and smiled. She didn't even acknowledge that I said anything or give any kind of greeting whatsoever. Never saw her even crack a smile the entire visit. Becky Campbell has the WORST bedside manner of any healthcare "professional" I've ever been in contact with. She spoke over me the entire visit and only wanted to make assumptions about my medical history and wouldn't allow me to fully explain what was going on with me, even after I told her that her assumptions were incorrect. She had referred me to an ENT for a scope a month or so ago. The ENT told me at that visit that my throat was red and inflamed and prescribed medication for it. Becky, while holding my chart in her hands says to me "the ENT

Dr. Becky Campbell is punctual, professional, and polite. I have seen her twice (2008 and 2018) and both experiences were really good. :)

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Her office is dictatorial, she spends an excessive amount of time grilling you about your family history, is condescending, and won't take any labs if you're a new patient who hasn't had a "wellness" visit (but will prescribe you a strong drug regardless...I nearly went to the emergency room because of her). Stay away from this doctor if you value your life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Campbell's for several years now. She is very thorough and makes you feel at ease discussing your current health concerns. I recommended her to a friend who was then diagnosed with cancer and through early detection is doing very well today.

This doctor is obsessed with listing all meds you take, don't take. Spends way too much time entering data into computer each visit with the same questions and answers. No time for anything else. She pushes Lipitor every visit. Will not listen to me or take time to have a conversation.

Called Dr Campbell's office to be seen regarding high blood pressure. They pulled my chart from 12 years ago when I had the same issue. The receptionist told me Dr. Campbell refused to see me beacuse of cancellation/no show issues. I have never no showed to an appointment in my life. I might have cancelled an appt because at that time 12 Years Ago I was working 60 hours a week out of town. What a crappy way to run a practice. I have never been so offended. Wish I could give her a negative star!
