Her neglect caused my husband to be in the hospital and almost die! She treats him like a drug addict instead of someone with a chronic and genetic disorder. Her staff yells and will not listen, lied about having no appointments open to avoid seeing him after being in the hospital for a month. Cutting him off medication that can cause death without medical supervision he's been taking his entire life. Her nurse yelled at me for 10 minutes straight as soon as I answered the phone, I couldn't get a word in until I mentioned medical gaslighting and filing a complaint. Then suddenly they might be able to see him sooner than 30 days after his release from the hospital. Told me to go to any other doctor even out of state for his refills. The infection in his leg left untreated over 6 months almost killed him, the hospital cleared it up in a month. We've begged for treatment and cannot even get an appointment! Her neglect almost cost his life and still could. I will be contacting everyone!

She is the best doctor she takes her time and listens to you and she’s very thorough and with all of my medical conditions she was on top of everything consulting with all of my doctors to give me the best care.

Dr is the kindest, caring, Compassionate PC Dr I have seen in 68 yrs . She takes time to listen to her patients and offer her advice. She treats, physical, mental and spiritual to make a happier patient. Extremely good Dr.

My first visit with Dr. Ferrier was so great. Have multiple medical diseases and she has already taken control as previous physician not doing much. I have complete faith in her ability to make the right choices for me. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable.

1st appt to establish care, get Rxs filled & was diagnosed with Covid, (my 3rd break through case). An EKG was also ordered to be done & tech forgot requiring me to go back next day. It has been over 4 weeks, multiple phone requests & just getting some meds sent to mail order pharmacy. Still waiting on local pharmacy urgent supply of all meds. Would not recommend.

I loved my visit with Dr. Becky! She is truly caring, patient and has an extensive knowledge of patient care, nutrition, and medicine. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

Very pleased with my office visit! Both Dr. Ferrier and Jasmine showed obvious caring for my concerns, all the while remaining totally approachable so I felt comfortable asking questions.
