Dr. Batool Mir, MD

Dr. Mir has been our family doctor for over 20 years. She takes the time to really know her patients and provides excellent service, going above and beyond to follow up with patients and really listening to what each individual needs. I can't imagine our family seeing anyone else, and have referred several others to her. Thank you Dr. Mir for all you do!!!

Our son was having anxiety issues. Dr. Mir had no concern about the impact of benzodiazepines on him, that it would only mask the issues, instead of helping him have enough headspace to work through the anxiety. Maybe she's ok as a general practitioner or for a basic physical, but her lack of concern or knowledge about brain altering drugs and their longer term impact on a child is deeply concerning. Would recommend you get a referral to a decent psychiatrist instead of trusting her for any understanding of these drugs and their impacts on a child who is still developing.

She is caring, thoughtful, and thorough.

I saw Dr. Mir here for a while. For a doctor, she doesn't seem very interested in actually practicing medicine. She prescribed breathing through my left nostril to relieve anxiety, and taking fish oil and a multivitamin to fix my "low sperm count," which I found out later from a better doctor was not low sperm, but total sterility. If you think all medicine is poison and that vaccines cause autism then this place is perfect. If you actually want real medical support though, try a better doctor.

I have been seeing her since i was very young. She does not take my health problems seriously and rushes you out. Her office staff is horrible. They yelled at me and slammed the little window. When i brought this to the attention of there office manager, she blamed me and said i should have confronted her staff myself. It pains me but i will never go back.

I've had major back pain for awhile and waiting for 2 months now for Dr Mir to diagnose a problem. She first sent me to physical therapy, but my physical therapist told me at my first appointment that my case was too severe and that she wouldn't treat me until we had an MRI to diagnose the exact problem. I called Dr Mir's office and explained that to them.. then at my next office visit Dr Mir told me she would not prescribe an MRI because no matter the actual problem, treatment is the same.

Dr. Batool Mir MD. She is a really Great doctor. She is very caring an understanding no matter what is wrong. She works very hard at her practice . Her staff is wonderful.

Although I personally like Dr. Mir, her office's competency with normal tasks is borderline malpractice: miss-diagnosis of tumor on thyroid, and actual tumor (discovered by accident due to incorrect calculation) on lymph node; not returning calls by CMA; not refilling prescriptions within reasonable time (at one point, after calling four times/four days to get a prescription refilled, I had to physically go to the office and demand it refilled); cut back on prescription without reason or contact

Dr. Mir is a compassionate caring doctor. She always takes time to listen to my problems and complaints. I never feel rushed.
