Dr. Bassam Yaghmour, MD

Thanks to the doctor I am still alive. He discovered my problem and put me on medicine quickly.

Dr Yaghmour has been my doctor for 8 years and I am so fortunate and blessed to be his patient. I tell everyone that he saved my life because I would not be alive today if it weren’t for him being my doctor. I was diagnosed in 2016 with severe Pulmonary Hypertension and I was in complete heart failure. 8 years after my diagnosis, my heart is functioning at normal capacity and my quality of life is far beyond what I ever believed it could be. Dr Yaghmour is dedicated in getting his patients as well as they can be. I have never had any doctor care so much about me and committed to getting me as healthy as I can be. I owe him my life and will forever be grateful for his exceptional care and his dedication to me as his patient!

I walked in explained my situation and told the dr about my anxiety and depression and walked out with none of my questions answered nor did they even explain what I needed to do about my mental health.

Doctor Yaghmour is like a brother to me, that's how he makes me feel each time I see him. The care and knowledge he always shows must be so appreciated. With his treatment I feel like I'm 20 years younger. Thank you so much, Doctor and keep up the great work

It's hard to believe that everyone at UCI's pulmonology really cares about the patient. It's not fake. Which makes me feel I don't deserve this care. I'm not worth the time.

I was generally very satisfied with everything. The only thing I can comment on is probably should have mentioned how much this message is going to cost whenever they prescribe the ,the different inhalers. I mean it was shocked at the price of one of them. And so I'm trying to find an alternative. Talk to you later. Bye. Bye.

The doctor is the best I have ever had. He's very friendly and takes his time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yaghmour for over 3 years and I can't complain he's always been a pleasure to have as a doctor. I feel he saved my life and because of him and his treatment I've been able to be on this earth longer. His staff treat me with so much love and I can't complain about them either {staff name removed} always finds a solution to my problems.

Dr Yaghmour and staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always show concern. I trust them completely with my health.

The best visit I have had at a Dt. Office Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The Dts. were very attentive to our questions need more like them. the staff THE BEST I'VE HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

Doctor was rushed , I still don't know what I'm supposed to do . I find all UCI Doctors are overbooked and don't give the patient enough time for questions or to go over information etc . I feel like I'm in left field , spinning ! Where do I go for answers ????

Yes, this is {patient name removed}. I was very, very impressed with UCI and all the doctors. I've gone there a few times now and I have no complaints. Had all excellent service, very, very nice and very courtesy.

My only issue was with reception. Surgical and consultation appointments check-in at the same desk, but the area is not clearly marked and the receptionist points to a basket a says "put your paperwork in there and sit down." My appointment ran over an hour late, which is unusual, so it would help to get some kind of a notification. When I asked the receptionist for clarification, she seemed bothered, and she made it clear that her dept was surgical, not pulmonology. My interactions with the nurses and doctors was excellent. They were apologetic for the lateness, and they treated me very well. I am very pleased with the quality of the medical care.

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NEGATIVE that can be said about Dr.Yaghmour and his staff. They treat me wonderful as a patient and a human being .They put the facts regarding my health ,my choices,my likely outcome with the choices I choose.They are compassionate, professional, courteous, honest, and i feel extremely blessed to have found or and been found by this dr.and his staff!! Thank you to the dr.his staff and all of the UCI HEALTH ORGANIZATION!! YOU ALL ARE A REAL BL3SSING TO ME AND SO MANY OTHERS EACH AND EVERY DAY!! MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND ALL WHOM YOU TREAT!!!!

It took three months to see this pulmonary specialist. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, but I think three months is excessively long.

I WAS GIVEN ORDERS TO HAVE MY BLOOD AND URINE TESTED BUT WAS NOT TOLD FOR WHAT THESE LABS WERE NEEDED AND FOR WHAT THE TESTS WOULD BE MEASURING OR EVALUATING.
