Telephone number&answering service is useless
you cannot make appointment, staff in the office do not answer call, only answering service take the call & do not want to take message anymore because office staff do not call back at all. what is the point of having an office? the doctor should tell patients if he is retiring and do not want anymore patients.

Office staff needs to do better.
Honestly I just wished Lisa "office manger" was more understanding and less condesending. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was only one who worked there, I expressed my complaint with her about her and she completely dismissed me. My mom has a urinary catheter and is dealing with great discomfort, she made my proccess to make an appointment so much more difficult than it needed to be. It's okay if you dont like your job but being nice is free.

I made an appointment 2 1/2 months ago. Never heard from his office. I showed up for the appointment at his office early this morning. I thought I could email the insurance authorization form. The receptionist said they don't have an email. What? Then she said the copay was cash only. I rarely carry $75 on me. Dr. Bejjani then asked me why I didn't remember that the copay was cash. I said I made the appointment 2 1/2 months ago. He continued that his receptionist always tells patients that the copay is cash only. I said, "It was 2 1/2 months ago! And no doctor has a cash only copay. And maybe if you had an email, she could have sent me a reminder." He did not like that. I asked if he wanted me as a patient. He said yes, but I said, "I don't think so," so I left immediately.

I was hospitalized in Feb. 2020 with sepsis and kidney stones and almost died. I was treated at Mission Community Hospital and if it weren't for the awesome team of doctors and nurses and everyone else involved in my care, I wouldn't be here today to speak about it. They first treated the sepsis while keeping an eye on the kidney stones which were 7mm and couldn't be passed or treated until the sepsis was gone and I was healthy again. Dr. Burkes and Dr. Bejjani were my attending physicians and were nothing less than amazing, attentive, and sincerely concerned. Once discharged from the hospital after 2 1/2 weeks, Dr. Bejjani treated my Kidney Stones by blasting them 3 weeks after I left the hospital. The stones then passed easily without any pain whatsoever. Dr. Bejjani was kind and sincere and was nothing less than professional.

I liked Dr Bejjani. I read the other review and I had a very different experience. They are very much Down to business though. Not a lot of hand holding. But I went there to get healthy not to be coddled. At the end of the day I feel much improved after being treated by Dr Bejjani.

He was dismissive and extremely rude. I feel he should not be a doctor, and feel sorry for unsuspecting patients who hope their doctor will care.
