If you are lucky enough!
Dr. Duval is amazing! He has a fabulous demeanor. Very thorough, clear, not in a rush. He took time to listen to my questions and concerns and gave me several options, explaining the pros & cons of each as well as the timeframe for making (choosing) decisions. Dr. Duval is fun to chat with, he has a great sense of humor. He is also a veteran (as am I) and it was great to see the accolades (and jokes) he has posted in his room. His nurse was also great. I have been a patient at the Billings clinic for the past 7 years and over half of that time I have been out of state and make an effort to continue being seen at this clinic. I have had several Dr.s and when one leaves I am given over to another each who have been wonderful. I will continue to make an effort to see Dr. Duval annually. I would not hesitate to become his patient if you are lucky enough to have him as a care provider for you and your family. I am yours most sincerely,

Caring Physician
My long-time internal medical doctor was going to retire. I have a complicated medical history and was a bit concerned about getting a new doctor. I asked for her recommendation for me and without hesitating, she passed me to Dr. Duval. I was NOT disappointed. He cares, he listens, is very thorough and has a sense of humor which I find so refreshing. I would highly recommend him.
