Dr Williams quickly caught on to my mother’s hearing impairment and made an extra effort to face her and speak slowly and clearly so that she could hear and understand him. So many health professionals do not take this extra care even though they deal with elderly patients every day. His calm, professional manner as well as his expertise and attention to detail is what we look for when choosing our medical professionals.

I recently visited with Dr. Williams 06/2019 after being referred by my ophthalmologist for a retina consult. I was really scared, anxiety high and just a nervous wreck because I suffer from diabetics and my right eye was giving me problems due to my nerve endings in my eyes were bursting and causing me to have floaters and for my right eye to see blurry from time to time. I went in for this consult at CEI at UC Hospital off Piedmont Avenue and what was suppose to be a consult turn out to be a resolution to all my problems; Dr. Williams perform laser surgery that same day and I went home that same day with a different outlook on my life. I can honestly say that he was super gentle, patient with me and had A+ bedside manner. On top of all that he was really good with the laser and calm me down and assured me every step of the treatment if I was comfortable and if I was in pain or not. I defiantly would recommend Dr. Williams to others for Diabetic care!!! -RCasey (Fairfield)
