Very rude and unprofessional . I have deductible option insurance and i been going there since 2018 . Today office worker asked me i have to pay $60. I told them i have deductible and u guys need to submit it to insurance i dont pay upfront because i dont have copay. Office worker asked doctor and he came and he was mad told me If i dont pay i should go to different doctor with very rude tone. After they confirm with other person on the phone that i was right i dont pay upfront because i dont have copay. Doctor ahmed lost 2 patents today and im sure he will Loose More with this attitude.

Excellent Doctor and excellent service
I've been a patient of Dr. Ahmed's for well over a decade. I have always been treated with respect and have been well cared for. There aren't too many Dr's around who still will see patients without an appointment. I've never waited for more than a few minutes with an appointment or if I just walked in. Ive gone to 'walk in clinics' and after completing 20 minutes of paperwork, sat waiting for 45-60 minutes , feeling miserable. Thank you Dr Ahmed and thank you to all your staff for doing things right!

Very rude, I'm epileptic & need forms filled out form job & Scat Bus card was about to expire. I've made appointments to neurologist to get them to fill out the forms & they cancelled me because the TV set has to turned off, they cause me seizures. All other neurologists were booked until march I require these forms filled out before Feb 2022 I had all medical records about my conditions he was rude & wouldn't let explain about my conditions, I show the paper explaining I had left portion of the brain removed to stop the seizures, but didn't work I had previous SCAT bus application, my previous doctor did for me & ask him to fill out a new application for me, he was rude, but he did it I wanted him to put I'm sensitive to lights & sound on form & yelled I don't copy doctors forms I got my forms filled out but with bad attitude with it. If you need a doctor goto somone else, this doctor doesn't to covor 19 test also the only thing good were the assistants

Terrible Doctor I'm sad to say. He spent literally two minutes with me. I had severe back pain as I pinched a nerve in my lower back. He prescribed ibuprofen and nothing else. I asked if I should see a specialist or a chiropractor as the pain was pretty bad and his response was "they will make it worse". I think all he cares about is patients coming in so he can make his money. Extremely terrible at conversations, no etiquette no customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to him.

I think the staff is wonderful. The girls are very respectful, acommodating, understanding and always ready to help you with whatever you need. There are 3 girls who go above and beyond and the doctor is very lucky to have them

The most disgusting doctor's office I've ever been to. Looks like someone urinated everywhere and smells like a dirty kennel. They use an at home scale for your weight as well. The doctor did not explain to me what was wrong with me and when I asked I was given an attitude. He did not tell me what he was prescribing and was extremely rude. I will not be going back and would never recommend for anyone to. I waited an hour and twenty minutes for the worst experience in my life.

He was considerate and kind and he treated me with respect. Sadly, the staff are bottom level service providers. Not all of them are lacking basic skills to communicate and treat the doctors clients with dignity, but I have had to deal with some people there that have no business helping people with mental illnesses. One bad experience, when trying to get help for ones mental illness, can devastate someone for a day. All people deserve basic respect. The staff don't always provide that.
