Just awful
Toledano was inattentive and dismissive of my concerns. He has no bedside manner and had an attitude like he could not care less. He didn't even look at or touch my injured fingers. He saw workers compensation and couldnt be bothered by me. My referral also recommended an x-ray which he refused to do before running out of the room leaving me sitting there confused with no diagnosis. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! If you are in pain, please stay away! Dr. Toledano was nice but forced me to get an x-ray that I knew I did not need! I have been calling for months to get an MRI pre-authorization put in. They finally want to help and they are saying I need to come back in for another appointment. I REFUSE! I won't give this doctor or office anymore of my money!!! WASTE OF TIME! BEWARE!

Horrible office
From my initial visit with this office, I've had nothing but bad experiences. I had surgery on 3/17/23 and I've called this office 3 times since because I'm in excruciating pain. No one EVER calls back. It's getting ridiculous and I'm strongly considering a new Ortho.

I fell from a ladder and broke both legs, one extensively. Dr. Toledano had to place 3 rods and 18 screws and rebuild my right tibia. It was a complete success and after ten years, I don't even have a limp. If I needed an ortho surgeon again I would request for him to do it.

Fantastic. I just has a repair to my humerus. It could not have gone better. Dr. Toledano is a great surgeon and a really nice human being. He also operated on my spouse several years ago and she feels the same way.

Not as knowledgeable as he should be.
Went to him to have 2 trigger fingers surgically corrected. While on the gurney on the way to the OR, he convinces me to have all five fingers done plus carpel tunnel surgery. That is 6 surgeries on the same hand. His rationale was that because I am diabetic, I would eventually need to have these surgeries. I never healed properly and was in extreme pain all the time. Instead of trying to help me, he did nothing! Fast forward to doctors who have more knowledge…I had CRPS and his 6 unnecessary surgeries should have never been done. He ruined my life!!!

I was treated for a bad broken ankle which required six screws to heal. He has a very calm and knowledgeable demeanor, explaining the x-Ray and what his approach was going to be. The surgery and recovery went well. He is meticulous in his work, taking great care with every aspect of it including forming the cast and removing the stitches. He always inquired about any pain I was experiencing and was reassuring about the healing process. I felt well cared for and liked his manner very much. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Toledano is a very busy Trauma surgeon who sees a very large number of patients in his Great Neck office. However, he still makes time to see his patients as quickly as possible (less than 30 mins) while providing excellent and reliable patient care. He's done an outstanding job on my shattered left wrist during both my surgeries. Thank God for Dr. Toledano

Dr.Toledano did surgery on my left arm had to put 2 plates & a lot of screws in my arm. I feel & broke it& was in surgery for 4 hours. Dr. Putterman told me that he was the best to fix my arm & get it right & back to 100 per cent. He is so kind & caring, & listens to his patients, very professional, just like my Dr. Putterman! Now I know why they are friends! Each visit after the surgery he would text my doctor & the pictures too! He is a great surgeon! If you want a great doctor ,then it's him

A waste of time, I had to wait each time an hour & 1/2 in the waiting room and another hour in the room to receive very little information about my finger. He gives very little attention. His secretary never called me back like she said would or have someone do it for her.

Dr performed very good surgery but allowed PA to perform when specifically signed against a 2nd operation. It is responsibility of surgeon to ensure & honor the patients' signed request regarding surgery. It was expected that the surgeon would perform the operation and use proper stitches to lessen the scarring . I was not pleased with the lack of response to honor my request. Trust is important. The fee for treatment was a low insurance payment and it seemed this may have been the reason.
