Dr. Eastwood was great but his staff not so much. Called for a appointment at 1:00 in the afternoon and left message but never got a return call. Not good

Went to see Dr Eastwood over my shoulder. I saw a different Dr. Surgery required. Eastwood performed surgery. Been back for follow up after surgery and saw someone I had never seen before. I feel that if you have a surgery then the follow up should at least be done by the surgeon. Not impressed with sideline orthopedics. If you need surgery then the surgeon should be doing the follow ups considering he the one that knows what exactly was done not 3 or 4 different staff members.

He is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I would recommend him to anybody that is having trouble. I had surgery on my shoulder years ago and needed it again, it was hard to find a sergeon to do it. Dr. Eastwood operated on it with no problem and he is a protectionist. Thank you Dr. Eastwood.

Saw Dr. Eastwood yesterday with both knees giving me problems. He is such an excellent physician that takes the time to talk with you! Had a shot in each knee and will be looking at knee replacement in one knee since it is rubbing bone!! Thank you Dr. Eastwood - I look forward to working with you!!

I highly recommend this practice, especially to those who are active and want to remain so. Every effort is made to keep you "in the game." I have been to practices where I get written off, where the conversation starts, "Well, at your age . . ." and blah, blah, blah. Nobody does that here. They treat you like a real person, not just another aging adult with arthritic joints. Both Dr. Eastwood and Matt Shortt are wonderful and attentive.

I've been dealing with my knees for 4 years and on my first visit he was very understanding and open in which i personally liked. Within minutes he pulled up my exrays and told me what he thought and how he could fix it. His staff was very professional and courteous. I recommend Dr. Eastwood hands down.

Dr. Eastwood has an amazing bedside manner. He explains, in great detail, what is going on with YOUR body. He takes time with me and I never feel rushed or pushed to get my visit over with so he can see the next patient (unlike another ortho I've seen lately). I had knee issues for months and it wasn't until I saw Dr. Eastwood last week that I have felt normal, ability to walk and no pain since he drew fluid from the knee and inserted meds. Great staff too. Clean office. 10 out of 10

I have never had an experience this great with a doctor or doctors office before. Everyone there is very courteous and Dr. Eastwood took the time to explain the problem and correction. Wonderful experience

I was truly impressed with Dr. Eastwood's clear presentation and transmission of a clear understanding of my problem and his explanation of the events in my near future. My concerns were reduced by his articulation of my medical condition. While this will not be fun I do appreciate the doctors skill and communication to build my confidence for what is ahead.

I didn't meet Dr Eastwood as I had an appt with Matt Shortt. Mat was great very forthcoming with my prognosis and what my options are for the future. I followed Matt from a previous office that was unlike this place in everyway.

The whole process was simple and smooth, very proactive about doing the tests, listened to my story/concerns, and explained everything before it was done. The technology they use to show everything (at least related to knees, as that's all I needed) is incredible. Highly recommend based on my experience.
