Very professional and helpful. This was my first visit and I will definitely return.

Dr Sarkell has been my dermatologist for many years. His exam is very thorough and I feel I am well taken care of. The facility is clean and the office is professional and always runs on time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sarkell

According to the reviews, this is not a doctor to visit. I don't understand why the primary doctor is sending his patients to him. Even making an appointment is too hard. I have been calling his office for three days so far with no answer. Only one machine asks me to leave a message. No callback yet.

Terrible doctor, stay away from him. First of all he didn’t know or never heard of my disease, (I had pictures) on top of it he made fun of me because I couldn’t pronounce the name of the disease, (English not being my first language) but he could pronounce it. I knew more than he did about that disease, the only thing I couldn’t do was pronounce it correctly. Since he didn’t know what my disease was, he said he would check and reach out back to me once he had. HE NEVER DID. I’m not saying he’s supposed to know everything, I expected at least a follow up and keeping his word. He doesn’t care about his patients. It’s been months, NOW he’s asking for payement when he didn’t do a darn thing that day, except being “condescending”, now if he calls I wouldn’t go back. I will pay his bill for his “inability” to do his job. It explains why the office didn’t ask for payment the day of the appointment, I thought it was because he was “unable” to help. I was wrong, he doesn’t care, only money.

Poor. Two things occurred on my last and final visit to this office. Firstly an area on my scalp was frozen as pre-cancerous. Less than 60 days later the area has a substantial tumor which was diagnosed by another doctor as basil cell carcinoma. Biopsy was performed and tumor was removed. Secondly, there was a callous on my hand at the base of my thumb which to me looked like a wart. Doctor Sarkell looked at it, said it was a callous and cut off the callous. Within a short period of time it grew back. When I went to the other doctor they looked at it , said it was a wart and treated it accordingly - it is now gone. I am done with this office.

personally forgets a lot of details. Very condescending to the point of rude, and he is often not correct

Horrible never to go back very short terrible bed side manor, but he made sure I knew that insurance was not covering and I would be responsible for payment.

Terrible. Rude and uncaring. The staff at the front desk was more interested in sharing personal anecdotes than in the patients. I had surgery with Dr. Rubin who was an A+. However, he just does surgery. I will not go back to this Dr.

He was really Amazing. Sent chills up my spine when he examined me! Im jealous of his nurse, i could tell there was something between them but he is an amazing doctor

The worst bedside manner ever. Arrogant, impatient, and patronizing.

Dr. Sarkell is VERY GOOD at what he does! He has removed many benign growths from my face without a single scar! He has discovered cancerous growths on my skin that I didn’t even realize were there & all were removed w/little or no scarring! He gets straight to the point, as he does not like any of his patients to have to wait. Family has been going to him around 20yrs & have developed quite a rapport. Love his personal office (E side of University) & the fact that West office is open Wed nights

Patronizing and cold. Terrible experience, from the rude front desk, to his nurse/assistant in the examining room, to him. Shuttles among several rooms, too quick, too rude, too dismissive.

His staff was nice and caring. I brought my father in to have his Psoriasis looked at and options and he explained the pros/cons. He also discovered a lesion that he took a biopsy of to make sure not cancer which I had not noticed so I am so glad he did. In a day where it seems to some doctors you are just a number, it was nice to see that he does not treat people that way.

Office visits, as always, are very timely. Dr. Sarkell and his staff are friendly, courteous, and totally professional. It is the one appointment I can plan on being in and out very quickly - and that is much appreciated. Kudos to the doctors and staff.

I had a whole body rash that he treated for 3+ months and DID NOT improve. When I went to another dr., not only was the rash treated and improved, they discovered 1 squamous cell cancer area and 3 basal cell cancer areas. This after many, many visits to Sarkell which went undetected!!!
