Dr. Barry Robertson, MD

Staff is awful. I've been calling and leaving messages for a couple of months now to try and pay a menial amount of money over the phone. I finally got a hold of the person at billing, only to be told she's been on vacation for a couple of weeks. Doesn't account for the months of attempted communication. When I finally got a hold of billing, they told me Dr Robertson only accepts checks or money orders for payment. That is an Absolute joke. The paper the and postage are worth more than the actual amount I owe. TL;DR - Find someone who's office will be easier to work with, and who will actually accept HSA Credit card payments over the phone.

Dr. Roberson is a skilled and professional physician. I’ve had Dr. Robertson as my valued primary physician for over 40+yrs. He explains himself well and goes the extra mile to get to the bottom of your health issues at hand. I highly recommend Dr. Barry Robertson.

Dr. Robertson is a fantastic physician. Thorough and professional. The problem is the staff. The woman who sits at the front desk is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever come across. She is condescending and flippant. it’s sad that such a great physician will lose patience because of this woman. I will not be returning to this office because I don’t believe I deserve to be spoken to the way that this woman spoke to me.

Doctor Robertson himself is fine but getting past the ridiculous and disrespectful secretary at the front desk is enough for me to never return as a patient. My family went here and after yet another disrespectful coversation with the overbearing woman at the front desk we will not return. This office needs new help or they will keep losing patients. She has even gone as far as to tell us she was going to cancel our appt that we showed up for due to insurance change despite offering to pay cash.

No, I haven't, but it is on my credit report that I have. and it is a collection.....HOW DARE YOU BARRY ROBERTSON? who do you think you are? YOU SHOULD BE TAKEN BEFORE THE AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION. I HAVE CONTACTED ALL THREE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES TO DISPUTE WHAT YOU HAVE FRAUDENTLY DONE TO ME.

Dr. robertson is an amazing physician who takes rhe time to answer all my questions. He is very clear when giving explanations and advice. Very easy to work with and trust.
