Although Dr. Rittberg was unable to really help me because of my case's complexity, he is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. He took the time to really listen to what I had to say. He was willing to think outside the box to try and find a solution. He was also very sympathetic and down-to-earth regarding my condition. While most of the hospital staff were rude and insensitive, this doctor was a gem. One caveat: the hospital facilities were decrepit. Great doctor, though.
