This is not someone who you want as your doctor. Months ago I contacted him for a serious colon issue. He told me that he would put in for the referral but it would take at least a month. I kept contacting and after four months still nothing. I finally went to the emergency, and they said that this was extremely serious, and wanted to know who the doctor was in fact as the examination and subsequent procedure were not only need it immediately months ago but required a simple colonoscopy. I think personally he’s just taking the money and doing nothing. My review reflection, everyone else’s review the this guy is a bad operator.

it took me a year to get Dr Norris to open up to me, but now we have a great patient Doctor relationship. it took some work on my part to adapt to his "old school" ways but, i am satisfied with his work the past 3 years he has been my Doctor. just remember to verbalize your needs, Doctors are not mind readers. Also you need to be your own advocate between the Doctor and the med insurance companies ( read: central coast alliance)

He announced to the entire wait room that I have anxiety. Did the same thing to the guy before me. Super unprofessional and ridiculously negligent.

I was telling him what symptoms I had, asking him what he thought about me going back to work after an acident. All he wants to do is get you out of his office. Talked over me and interrupted me every time I tried to talk. He didn't even look at my injuries, and sent me back to work. Now I am at home from work again because I am feeling worse than when I went to see him. He needs to be reevaluated to make sure that he is fit to be a medical doctor at this point in his senility.

If I could leave one star or one I would. First of all I feel bad for the medical assistance that have to work in this office because the doctor is so degrading that it's embarrassing even being a patient in the office. He's lazy he doesn't want to be thorough and when he asked you a question it's like he's talking to a two year old. Dr. Norris has definitely showed me what the bad side of medicine looks like. His license should seriously be questioned.

He only allows 5 mins for each patient. And that's after you wait an hour! And you better only have one ailment because that is all he has time to listen to. ????????????
