Dr. Gross is awesome
Dr. Gross is one of the remaining few doctors who doesn't dismiss your concerns and takes the time to actually find the root cause of your issues before tossing medication your way. He takes the time to listen to you, make you feel comfortable and actually figure out any medical conditions. Would recommend him to anyone.

Metal health
He dismissed my daughter from his care because I wouldn’t put her in a mental health facility. I chose to take care of her as an outpatient. She was progressively getting better and because I challenged him he became angry. He had proof of a blood infection that was potentially affecting her brain which I told him was likely the problem from the start. Clearly he dislikes being wrong I left this appt crying and he ultimately prescribed the antibiotic.

I saw Dr. Gross for about a year or so and I liked him until my last visit. He was absolutely unprofessional and rude. I could handle being in the office for 2+ hours, waiting for him constantly, but the way he talked to me at my last visit totally turned me off. If you are looking to see him for Suboxone, look somewhere else. At my last visit, he basically told me being on suboxone was just as bad as being on heroin. It was the most uncomfortable appointment I’ve ever had. I left the office in tears because he made me feel horrible about taking a medication that saved my life. The only reason he gets 3 stars instead of 1, is his office staff. They are truly amazing and he is so lucky to have them. They go above and beyond for patients (I can’t say the same about Dr. Gross). The office staff is the reason I came back to this office for so long. But after my last appointment, now I know how Dr. Gross truly feels about medication he prescribes himself.

Would not recommend Dr. Gross I was a patient there and visited him 6 to 7 times during the summer of 2016 I had a cough sometimes severe with postnasal drip and a lot of mucus Dr. Gross was convinced it was allergies and treated it as such. He performed no x-rays no other tests and I ended up in the emergency room with a case of pneumonia and after a CT scan was diagnosed with emphysema Would not recommend whatsoever
