Doctor: Cool and detached. Lots of CYA; Staff: Great; Appts: On time

Great doctor wonderful person who really cares about patient. Always has a lot of positive energy.

Fairly friendly doctor and office staff. Dr. Sachs is older and does not appear up to speed on the latest treatments for various foot problems. Seems eager to see you every two weeks but really doesn’t have recommendations to improve one’s condition.

Will never visit here!!! Horrific service experience via phone with front end representatives (Phyllis and others) on the eve of attending 1st appointment. Office reps. displayed terrible phone etiquette - were very rude and dismissive in their responses to simple questions about electronically accessing new patient forms. When I expressed concern and hesitation about keeping the appointment given their shabby phone treatment, the representative hung up the phone on me. I called back to inquire: why was that offensive action taken? Phyllis simply denied that it happened. Why would anyone trust receiving quality medical care in a setting like this where basic respect and service etiquette are not provided.
