Excellent Doctor!
Excellent beside manner! Very sweet and professional! He repaired my knee. Since I have had no issues with it! I loved his staff too.

Excellent doctor
Dr. Perez does fantastic work. He is knowledgeable and skilled. His stitches also are so tiny and straight.

Dr. Perez was great. He explained my upcoming procedure in detail as what to expect after surgery. Very friendly and professional. However, he definitely need new front desk help. Not friendly at all and when I arrived and didn’t have workman’s comp paperwork, which no one advised me that I needed to bring and didn’t have anyway, they told me if I didn’t have it faxed within my appointment time I would need to reschedule. Keep in mind I have a complete tear of my quadriceps, on crutches and leg brace standing in the waiting room. No compassion at all. I have never seen such poor customer service especially in a doctors office.

I had a long overdue knee replaced in November. Pre surgical preparation and surgery went very well. Knee pain gone and PT with Sean in Hayes great. Should have done this 10 years ago. Dr. Perez made me feel comfortable and confident that having surgery at Walter Reed Gloucester was the right decision. In Navy terms Bravo Zulu to all involved in my care.
