The reviewer that commented she is inhuman is an understatement. We had the unfortunate experience of having Zen take care of our child 2x while at st Mary's PICU. She has the worst bedside manner out of all the doctors that took care of our child. She is very rude, demeaning, and worst part is that she did not care about the wellbeing of our child. We were just another number on her list to see. Whenever we asked her questions or had any input regarding our child's care, she basically treated us as if we are ignorant and don't know what we are talking about or just gave us a made up answer just to shut us up. My husband and I are PH.D. professors at universities and not ignorant as she made us out to be. In fact, we brought the same issues with the other Drs in her group, she was the one that was wrong and making things up. It's unfortunate that she is the only one for 24hrs Advise: don't trust anything she says, seek other advise or research it and just ignore her rudeness.

Dr Zen treated my son for a week at West Boca Medical Center. She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle and explained things in detail but in such clearly understandable terms. She was on the pediatric floor continually and she is so responsive to questions. She had a wonderful rapport with our son and was a constant encouragement. She approached the nursing staff as partners in care. My only disappointment is that she is practicing only in the hospital and not in an office down the street from us
