Dr. Barbara Hauser, MD

I started seeing Dr. Hauser about five years ago and since they I have referred many family members and friends to her office. She is the most thorough doctor I have ever been to and she is able to take care of my complex medical problems. Her front desk staff is efficient and gets tests prior authorizations done and tests scheduled very quickly. I am so grateful I found this doctor.

My family has been patients of Dr. Hauser for over 15 years. She knowledgable and takes the time to interact with you and understand the reason for the visit be it routine or due to an illness. The staff is accomidating over the phone and in person with the scheduling of appointments. I am glad she now accepts credit cards so we can easily use our flexspend card. We recommend her to familiy and friends.

Dr Hauser is nice and acceptable as a doctor. But didn’t remember important things that I was following up for. She is always running late up to 45 min even when I was the first patient of the day she was 15 late. The front desk receptionist is the rudest medical person I’ve ever dealt with (and I’m an RN.) The office and the doctor make it impossible to follow up in a timely matter on urgent issues. And I no longer trust them to provide safe care.

Having received medical care at Dr. Hauser's office for some years, we have cause to be grateful for the excellent care provided by her and the staff at the front desk. Jennifer, the woman at the front desk, schedules appointments quickly (often on the same day) and handles all external scheduling and referrals with efficiency and care. Dr. Hauser truly listens to the reporting of symptoms and includes our contributions in making a feasible and medically appropriate treatment plan. Questions are always answered in understandable ways and not rushed; the doctor relates to us as patients and people. We have been served well in two life-threatening medical crises by both women's efforts to get us what was needed. Dr. Hauser and her staff are an excellent medical team. I recommend them heartily

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Hauser for about ten years. She is insightful and always takes our preferences for treatment into account. Same day emergency appointments are always available. The phone is answered by a helpful person and not a machine. The office is calm and runs smoothly. There is a waiting are for kids with books and toys. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Hauser has always been a professional physician. She explains all test results and procedures thoroughly and helps me to improve my health. Her office staff is efficient and respectful. I am grateful to have her as my primary care physician!!!

Smart doctor, she respects my opinion and gives good advice. The office is well-run and they take all the covid precautions. Parking is sometimes a little difficult but not usually. I would highly recommend this doctor!

Dr. Hauser has been our family's primary care doctor and our pediatrician for many years. She is smart, personable, listens carefully, always available and never rushes us through our appointments. Our children are grown now, and have moved out of the area, but they still stay in touch with Dr. Hauser, even after all these years. Thank you Dr. Hauser for having taken such good care of us.

Dr. Hauser always listens to what I have to say. She never interrupts and has excellent insight and advice. I feel like she treats me as an equal and we work together on a treatment plan. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. I strongly recommend Dr. Hauser.

If I have to see her for an acute problem she will see me the same day. Her staff is extremely diligent and will work hard to get prior authorizations approved and tests and referrals set up. It is an overall fantastic office! I have referred family members and coworkers to her.

Rude staff Unprofessional doctor

The secretary whose taking appointment for Dr. Hauser is very rude and doesn't seem to know what she is talking about. Tried to schedule 1st appt for my husband, but then she started dictating me, with upleAsant tone on her voice, about HIPPA rules. I happened to work at medical billing field and quite familiar with such guidelines. And setting up an appt for a person that I'm taking care for- doesn't fall into HIPPA rules category. She's full of air. I will not recommend this Dr office.

She is the best, plain and simple. She takes her time, listens, and gives the feel of a family doctor you don't get anywhere else. Her staff is great and she is great.

I have been seeing Dr. Hauser for six years. She is an extremely astute doctor and takes care of several complex medical problems that I have. I have referred my entire family to her. I would not see anyone else!

Dr. Hauser does not seem very knowledgeable. She gives the impression of being very hesitant and unsure when presented with various symptoms or complaints. I always have to wait 45 minutes or more past my scheduled appointment time, but once I get in to see the doctor, she never spends more than 15 minutes with me. I would not recommend this doctor.

I love seeing Dr Hauser. She listens to you and seems to care about your health as a whole. She is open to communicating with you and openly discusses possible treatment plans.
