This was my first visit with Dr. Chan. It’s been years since I have seen a doctor who is very thorough. She really cares about your well being, look forward to seeing her again through my new start at a healthier me.

I absolutely love Dr. Chen. I have pelvic floor issues that have resulted in multiple traumatic gynecologist appointments. Dr. Chen was very patient and understanding. She delivered my baby and helped me feel comfortable.

I would not ever refer Dr Chen to family or friends. She apparently only cares about getting paid and refused my daughters surgery until she got her money. Which is fine but she waited until two days before the surgery to tell her she needed $1000 before she would do her surgery. My daughter is on 24 and does not have that kind of cash just laying around. The doctor refused to let her out half down then pay the rest it was either the entire amount or no surgery. Awful person.

Pushes unnecessary drugs on patients and has issues with tardiness. A few visits was enough to tell me that I needed to find another gynecologist who was able to remedy the mistakes she made.

The worst doctor I have met, yes, the worst! Earlier October I made an appointment with her, at that time I told the front desk my insurance changed and provided my new member ID, but, only after I paid the copay for the office visit, waited for half an hour, saw the doctor, and showed my insurance card, then they found they don’t take my insurance and said they can’t return my copay, I questioned the doctor why don’t check my insurance in advance, then she became rude. Really horrible!!

My delivery with Dr. Chen was an absolute nightmare. When I transferred to her from the birthing center, I was bullied and badgered about my medical decisions. I was belittled and ridiculed throughout my labor. She failed to show compassion. It became difficult for me to even understand if my baby was in danger or if this doctor was just pushing her own agenda. It was just her own agenda, and it was traumatic for me. She made several recommendations that go AGAINST ACOG guidelines.

Dr. Chen is very compassionate and knowledgeable. She took the time to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She takes the time to listen and address your individual concerns. I would definitely recommend her!

I was referrd to Dr Chen by a friend.Scheduld appt for Keller office, w 3 month wait.Called the day before to confirm my appt and location. Was told all was correct. Showed up to Keller office and was told Dr. Chen is not there on Tuesdays, she is in Grapevine office and that they could not schedule me in Grapevine for time it would take to travel there. Very disgusted with this office and their awful scheduler.They did say 'sorry about that' -which doesn't mean much after this experience.
