A routine visit led to the discovery of something needing further treatment. Dr Cavallero scheduled the procedure quickly, performed the procedure efficiently, and dealt with my nervousness with warmth and patience. Appointments are scheduled efficiently to reduce wait time, and Tatiana, the nurse, was understanding and helped reduce my anxiety.

Always look forward to my visits with Dr. Cavallaro. She takes her time and is very patient answering all my questions. She explains things to me and guides me in what may need to be done. She not only explains things as a doctor but also as a person who cares and understands the concerns I might be having. Thank you for always taking good care of me. If you want to be in good hands I highly recommend Dr. Cavallaro.

Dr Cavallaro is a excellent gynecologist. I have been to many gynecologist with different issues in the pass and,No one has ever given me the right answers. She explain things thoroughly, so you can understand. She’s patient, caring and very gentle, exactly what we need as women. If you’re looking for someone who cares and can trust this is the doctor for you.

Absolute worst. Her staff is incredibly incompetent and rude. I visited twice - once for my annual and once for the nexplanon. During my second visit, her staff directed me to the wrong room multiple times and told me to change into a gown when I was not supposed to. They told me to then change back and move to another room without even apologizing about their mistake. To make matters worse, Dr. Cavallaro barged in without a warning as I was undressed with a simple "oops!". They also submitted the lab for my annual faultily, resulting in the insurance company not convering the costs and Quest billing me for it. After multiple calls to their office to rectify the situation, they still have not corrected THEIR mistake, after over four months. Honestly, just find a doctor that actually cares about and respects you.

Dr. Cavallaro is excellent, but her front desk people are rude and impatient. Somehow, if you want to make an appointment more than 1 month in advance, they can’t due to the schedule “not showing up” for the next month (!) I am a physician, which they did not know, so I experienced first hand the rudeness and impatience of the receptionist who answered the phone. In stark contrast to her front desk staff, Dr. Cavallaro is kind and compassionate and an excellent physician.

Wonderful bedside manner, soft spoken, but firm when she needs to be. I absolutely love her! My only regret is that she doesn't practice internal medicine as well since I've yet to find an internist that I love.
