Dr. Irani is so kind, knowledgabe and caring. She cares and is very specialized in the care she provides. She performed a surgery on me and took care of all my concerns while providing emoitional support.

Not sure why I keep coming here. Every visit I’m here for over 2 hours at least. I say in the patient room once for 3 hours, thinking they forgot me. Then the doctor is only with you for 5 mins. Never coming back again.

very rude dr she will be good till u listen like a kid everything she says she will show her rude side once you start questioning dont go to this place if you are there plz dont walk run from her place

HORRIBLE!!!!. Horrific bed side manners and wait hours more than 2 hrs. I was in severe pain and she said I have to tolerate pain no other way. she didn't even prescribed a temporary pain relieving medicine. All she said was to get surgery in her affiliated hospital. Patients come to Doctor for getting relived from pain (at least temporary!!!!). And Dr. Irani was the first and hopefully the last doctor to say TOLERATE PAIN TILL SURGERY. and she didn't even scheduled surgery immediately. i was indefinitely left alone with pain for many weeks! then i had to find another gynecologist. NO CARE NO DECENCY. Please don't go to her. You will be treated worse than animals.

I wish I had read these reviews before going through the first trimester with Dr.Irani. The office is very unorganized and unprofessional. Too many things to list them all, appointments were not in the system when they said they put me in, took a week to get a hold of someone to discuss my abnormal results,..... I explained to Dr.Irani why I wanted to switch DR's on the phone for over 20 min two weeks ago. She completely forgot the conversation a week later and wanted me to explain again after I had just had a scare of a miscarriage. I do not need the extra stress. She still has not signed the record release to send to my new OBGYN. Her staff gives you the run around every time you call. Do NOT go to this office!!

I cannot echo the previous reviews enough. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Dr. Chait was fine, but never asked if I had any questions and always made me feel rushed and talked to me like a robot. I decided to find somewhere with a more personal touch and a friendlier demeanor. I received a call from Dr. Irani while I was at work asking me why I no longer wanted to see her daughter. I have never met Dr. Irani, so for her to call me with an attitude regarding something that has nothing to do with her caught me very much off guard. She refused to help me get my records transferred to my new OBGYN and then hung up on me. How is this a professional that people trust to care for them at their most vulnerable? It took me over a week to get this simple task done. A week of being on hold, a week of repeating myself, a week of being told it would be taken care of, a week of extreme stress during the first trimester of my first pregnancy. This is a disgusting practice.

The only reason I went here was because of location and convenience, I wish I read the reviews. They never followed up on my results, and didn’t treat me for a very simple issue until after months of me basically calling and forcing myself into an appointment. This is very serious as we are talking about people’s health and the doctor doesn’t take accountability and tries to blame the staff when something goes wrong. Not to mention their way to keep files is in paper folders and sticky notes all over. Be very careful and on top of your exams and results if you go to this practice.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. ironies for 22 years and although my experiences are horrible every time I visit the office I remain a patient out of loyalty because she delivered both my children via C-section 22 years ago. Her office is the absolute worst and has been for many many years the wait time is outrageous and unnecessary and I’m throwing in the towel.

The WORSE experience of my life! I had miscarriage a few months ago and the doctor made my experience so much worse. I was going into the office for 3 weeks straight after my miscarriage for blood work and ultrasounds. I waited 2+ hours to see the doctor but ended up getting 2 ultrasounds in 1 day instead. And NEVER got to the see the doctor during that visit ! They asked me to come back the next day because my chart was at Hackensack hospital and they forgot to grab it. They milk your insurance. I got shot twice with rogame by "accident" because both Dr Irani & her daughter which is the other doctor that works there, did not communicate. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Every time I left that place after my miscarriage I cried. What kind of sane person ask their patient who just had a miscarriage to keep going for WEEKS to get blood work done and ultrasounds. I kept going in to see pregnant women and I was not pregnant anymore ! Do you know how this makes a person feel?!

Please, please do not go to this doctor. I had a terrible experience. The waiting time at her office is outrageously long. I was 34+ weeks pregnant and spending half a day in her office for an absolutely routine checkup for a normal pregnancy, including doing totally unnecessary tests so they can bill your insurance more. I had a scheduled C-section and Dr. Irani and her daughter perform those together. In the OR, Dr Irani's daughter got in a fight with the nurse and was screaming at her in front of me, totally unprofessional. Then, they botched the c section and i was left with a gaping wound- and didn't even tell me something went wrong! When i discovered the wound after removing the bandage after i went home, Dr Irani told me to put Neosporin on it!! I had to go to a dermatologist and have stitches THREE TIMES, and 8 months later I still have pain and a big scar. This is not normal, my previous c-section with a different doctor went totally smoothly. DO NOT GO TO DR IRANI!!!

my pregnant wife walked out of the office in literal tears. when i called the office, Dr. Irani answered yelling that this is her private phone and she is busy. The number i called was the number listed on her website. Dr. Irani continued to lie to me yelling that my wife demanded an ultrasound and blood work, which she did not and simply asked if it was too soon to do the ultrasound. Dr Irani said she can do blood work and ulrasound but must first fill out paperwork. After my wife explained that she has not decided where she wants to deliver yet, Dr. Irani told her she will not do any more procedures or blood work and asked her to leave. AVOID AT ALL COSTS The front desk staff was extremely rude as well. My wife arrived to find a full waiting room, about 6 patients and some of them had family with them in a small waiting room during a pandemic. My wife, being pregnant was concerned and asked the front desk staff if she can wait outside, and was met with rude response and rema

I waited 3 hours to see Dr. Irani...1 hour in the waiting room and 2 hours wearing nothing but a paper gown in the exam room before she even came to examine me. Over and over again it’s the same bad experience with this doctor. I ask her for specific tests and exams and she forgets. The staff is rude. The nurse who draws blood yells at her co workers and Dr. Irani yells at her staff while you are waiting hours on end for her to come to your room. Horrible horrible experience- I am seeking a new Obgyn immediately.

I am a physician assistant and I went to Dr. Irani for prenatal care starting in April 2020. At my first visit, she was supposed to perform a pap smear but forgot to do one. Before my next appointment, I received results from a pap smear that was never done. So, I politely asked her at my next appointment why I received results from a pap smear that was never performed. She told me she did it so fast I didn't notice. What?? It’s almost impossible to not notice a pap smear no matter how quickly it's done. So, I requested to see her daughter, Dr. Chait and she was kind enough to do one for me. The next day Dr. Irani called yelling at me saying how dare I accuse her of such a mistake. She told me that since I don't trust her I have no place at her practice and she could not be my doctor anymore, then she hung up on me. I was speechless. NO ONE should ever be treated this way. She is a fraud, no pap smear was ever done. This woman is a PSYCO!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Irani for 41 years! She delivered my three children and one grandchild! She is a caring doctor and always takes her time listening to different problems I have encounter in my life! She performed life saving surgery on my daughter when she was just 11 years old she is now 39 years old! She is very concerned with my health since I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in1987! She is a caring doctor and I travel to go to her and would never change my doctor!

Very unprofessional team. Kept me waiting for 2hrs. When asked, dr.Irani started shouting and said its her wish when to see patients. She didnot check anything because of this and asked me to pay 40$ copay. Worst doctor seen till date. Dont go...AVOID IF U WANT TO SAVe UR SELF RESpECT

The doctor has potential, BUT the staff at this place is horribly useless, lazy and incompetent. The facility is depressingly old, the wait times are painful even when you are the only person/patient at the clinic. They keep on asking same questions verbally that have been filled on forms and other reams of paper they want completed. This practice's weakness is the staff at the clinic... and many many reviews here suggest the same.

I would not recommend this Dr. to my worse enemy. Not once have I gone to this office and had a good experience. The staff is rude, inexperienced and incompetent. The doctor is inconsiderate and borderline antisocial. It has happened several times when I was left naked and cold in the examination room for an hour or more.

If they had less than 1 star I would leave that. This office was recommended by a friend who had delivered w/ Dr. Chait, & it was near my house. It was everything I could ask for...Until I started my care w/ them. They do not care about GYN pts; only the pregnant ones since insurance pays $10k per 1 baby. I waited in a cold room, that is not sound proof, in a paper dressing gown, for 2 hours, before my patience ran out. When I left they realized they forgot about me. Many more issues.

WRONGLY DIAGNOSED..HAD ECTOPIC PREGNANCY..NEVER DID A PREGNANCY TEST..FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR

waiting times have really gotten worse during the years. Today I waited two hours.. The last hour undressed in a tiny room and no one had the courtesy to tell me why the long wait. I finally got dressed and left. As much as I like the doctor I think the office in general are very unprofessional There is no respect for the patient's time. The nurse could not find my chart, of course not, they had my name incorrectly. I will need to find a new doctor.
