Compassionate and quality care
Dr. Gilchrist recently saw my teen daughter, who is a patient at Carolina Asthma and Allergy, but had also been sick for several weeks with severe ear infection and persistent cold/viral symptoms. Dr. Gilchrist asked a lot of questions about her previous care, and provided a thorough check of my daughter's ears and breathing. Dr. Gilchrist is truly kind and caring, and she was the only one of 4 medical practitioners (two prior urgent care and primary care visits) who recommended a follow up with an ENT as it looked like my daughter's ear drum had burst. My daughter said she wished Dr. Gilchrist could be her doctor for everything, not just allergies and asthma!

She was sweet and very knowledgeable.
She was very sweet with our 11 month old. We did not feel rushed, and we also didn’t wait long. She made sure we understood what was being said, and answered our questions when asked.
