First Dr P is thorough and friendly. He will ask your your history and get to know you. After becoming his pt, be ready for in/out appts. If you want to talk about changing your meds be ready to defend yourself, be accused of abuse or trying to "numb yourself from life," and get talk down to. He is banking on a new online med site, if you have an emergency and need to reach him, YOU CAN NOT. He is in office 4 days out of the month only. If he had a bad day you will know, poor interaction in appt
