terrible experience
Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor has been disappointing. Every appointment involves a long wait—at least two hours in line. Moreover, I am often seen not by the doctor herself but by her assistants, who, unfortunately, do not always listen carefully to my concerns. It feels like I am just being rushed through the appointment rather than receiving genuine care. Sadly, I have not received the proper treatment I needed. I truly hope that the organization of the practice improves in the future so that patients receive more attention.

Horrible experience, waste of money. She uses bad systems to manage patients and records, you never get any visit information as a record. I have no evidence that I even had an exam other than her TWO bills because some receptionist calls you with no knowledge and no information and it counts as another visit. Her daughter (?) doesn't know what she's doing and she underlined that feeling with correcting her on the full intake process. They could care less about you and ask questions to see what how they can run up a bill...don't expect any test results. Avoid.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Staff is rude! Can’t get anyone on the phone or to return messages ever!! They don’t answer the phone. I had testing done for fertility and I’ve left easily 6 messages over the course of a year and they have YET TO GIVE ME TO RESULTS!!! Not to mention I never actually saw the dr as it’s mostly run my Doctor Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She barely spent any time with me, rushing through my concerns without really listening. Despite the lack of attention and care, I was shocked to see that they billed my insurance for a variety of exams that were never conducted. It was clear that she was more interested in maximizing her billing than actually doing her job as a doctor. I will certainly be looking for a new healthcare provider.

I wish I had read the previous reviews on her before making an appointment with her, but unfortunately with my insurance it was hard to find an OBGYN. She is very irresponsible, she does not take the time to examine patients. She does not order medications on time. Absolutely, bad medicine. Do not go to her.

Mean Receptionist
Our first time here. Her receptionist was mean and rude. She rolled her eyes on me while checking in my Mother for her check up and I have kids with me. She said the doctor will ask us to leave and go outside because of the kids. We left right away and will never go back. Not friendly at all!!

No Time To Waste
I had been to three doctors before being referred to Dr. Fazilat. I had felt dismissed and ignored by those doctors (two male doctors and one female.) I had done research on my own since I felt the doctors were not listening to my concerns. When I got to Dr. Fazilat, she worked with me, prescribed some needed lab tests and an ultra sound. She discussed the results and explained what they meant in terms of how I was feeling. She presented the treatment options that my insurance would cover and other options that it would not be covered but that were available to me. Dr. Fazilat was straightforward and took my concerns very seriously. I'm very happy with the treatment she prescribed. I like her no nonsense concrete style. I’d recommend Dr. Fazilat to those women with no time to waste looking for a honest and straight forward doctor.

DO NOT recommend!!!
Horrible experience!!! I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Seems like she only cares about money. Her lobby is full of marketing materials for weight loss, cosmetic procedures and hormone replacement therapy. She spent less than 10 minutes with me and immediately started marketing pellet implants. Pellet implants are not covered by insurance or FDA approved! She gave no alternative options- misleading me to believe this was my only option. Upon doing research, it turns out there ARE other options and most are covered by insurance. From the moment I walked into that office, I felt like I was being hustled by her and her staff! I will definitely be looking for a new doctor! So disappointing and discouraging that she cares more about lining her pocket than providing honest patient care.

Run!!!
I went in for pain, and the doctor proceeded to tell me that my pain was endometriosis when I don’t have any symptoms of endometriosis then she proceeded to say that you can’t be on birth control longer than 10 years which isn’t true and only spent five minutes or less with me and didn’t listen to me didn’t come back into the room to talk to me and wouldn’t even talk to me before I left I regret ever going to the doctor and I would never go back. She’s the equivalent of a doctor telling you maybe you should just relax. She has zero bedside manner. Her physicians assistance have better bedside manner than she does. Maybe she should learn from them.

Avoid this Gynecologist
As a first time patient, Dr. Bahareh Fazilat could not have made my experience and visit, any worse. She deemed my condition insignificant regardless of explaining that I've been battling with it for months without any success with antibiotics. She raised her voice at me, questioned me on why I was even there in the first place, looking to treat a condition that she doesn't provide treatment for UNLESS the woman is pregnant, as it can cause preterm labor. Not only did Dr. Bahareh fail to provide a safe and calming doctor and patient dynamic, but she also belittled my condition. I explained multiple times that it has been stubborn to treat and I am continuing to experience discomforting symptoms that are abnormal for me and my body and wish to get retested/treated (research also shows that my condition, if left untreated over a long period of time, can cause infertility in women; which is why this is of great importance for me to successfully get treated). She expressed that she does no

Incapable_Just avoid the office.
The office is incapable of doing anything. You get charged for basically getting results over the phone. It's all about money, fond another Ob/Gyn that cares about you as a patient and not just money. That's all.

Money > Patient
I scheduled an appt to see Dr. Fazilat for a routine cervical screening. The screening itself went well. Although, I was left with two large bills from the doctors office and laboratory totaling about $900. After speaking with my insurance, I was told that the doctor neglected to inform me that this was going to be outside of my annual cervical screening because she put two different diagnosis and as a patient that I need to learn to advocate for myself. So Dr. Fazilat was made aware and decided to take $40 off of my $200 office bill but the $800 from quest diagnostic is did and done. So unfortunately with good insurance, like blue cross, or any insurance, make sure to advocate for yourself and ensure the tests you're getting are necessary and if not, make sure you're covered.

If you care about your time DO NOT go her office I don’t know whose fault is that but she has the worst assistants, they lost half of my paperwork when I went for my test. They forget call me back for appointment when I called them they gave me 3 weeks later and appointment means nothing to them you will wait at least one or two hours to get what you want. they forget phone appointments no respect for your time. Any time I had phone appointment they called me 2 hours later. I called them 30 minutes after my appointment after waiting 10 minutes on hold the representative said most probably they are on lunch are you kidding me?? I’m just waiting for my test results and after that I will never go back, they have no clue what is to be organized. And one more thing I have never talked to her about my last test results but she said she had on her files that she suggested me to take some vitamins I was shocked I have never followed up my last test results and I haven’t had any calls from you

I’m a cancer survivor. My cancer of the uterus went undetected for years. My symptoms mimicked menopause, thus deemed the “silent killer”. Dr. Fazilat was attentive to my concerns & symptoms; she scheduled me for a D&C. She provided me with the best of care & advice from the discovery of my disease & throughout my progress towards recovery. Dr. Fazilat is a thorough professional. She has continued to be supportive in my journey. Thank you Dr. Frazilat. God Bless. “Ride like the Wind”
