Terrible listener! false info he put on record!!
This doctor CLEARLY doesn't listen! I went to have a consult to be a new patient there for my CRPS & he DENIED me care bc he accused me of being a drug seeker. From my records at my other pain clinic it CLEARLY shows I'm NOT a drug seeker! I asked for different modalities to help my chronic pain. He listed on his after visit summary that the amount of medication I am taking isn't consistent with what I told him I was taking! I tried to correct him and he shut me down, was rude, and had me in tears bc of how awful he treated me. I felt discriminated by him, he treated me like a junky when I was asking about alternatives to the current med I was taking for my pain. He DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING I SAID&went on to chart numerous FALSE things about my condition. STAY AWAY from this doctor if you have chronic pain. He'll just make you feel WORSE! He stated& charted that I don't have the condition that I have & been diagnosed with since 2016!Now I have to try to get my record fixed bc his is FALSE

Helpful, thorough, and informative
I saw Dr Adekola after my previous provider left the practice. Initially, I was hesitant but Dr Adekola showed himself to be very informed in my health. His review of my file prior to the appointment allowed him to make recommendations to me that were helpful, and he was very informative with his explanations of everything.

I have been seeing Dr Adecola for 5 years. He’s helped me get back to a great quality of life! I have chronic back issues and also chronic health issues that have been absolutely managed better than I could have imagined! In addition to my chronic health issues, I recently went through breast cancer and double mastectomy, which was handled with the most incredible support and care! I’m thriving and thankful for the pain management and support that I’ve been given!

Tremendous care
I have worked with Dr. Adekola for 2yrs. He has help me when I first broke my back with monitoring opiate pain meds. Then provided me with medical procedures that gave me even more relief and that is without taking an opiate in 1.5 yrs. I have referred my friend to him. He is compassionate, professional and respectful.

Worse person I ever met that calls themselves a doctor. My advice.... Keep looking ! Has absolutely NO empathy whatsoever, you will only be a costumer to this individual !

I've been trying to get a repeat procedure scheduled for 3 weeks. After a week of people not calling me back it was determined a telehealth visit was needed. Subsequently an MRI was requested and completed the next day. The procedure was scheduled but when we arrived we were told it was canceled and there was no one available to schedule. The doctors demonstrate some competence but good luck with the rest of the staff. I can't believe they had my 73 year old high risk mother come to that corona factory and they weren't even able to do the procedure or get it rescheduled.

I saw Dr. Adekola after a previous bad experience with a different pain care provider. He and his staff were extremely professional and attentive. Dr. Adekola himself was patient and very good at listening to my situation. He explained my options clearly and gave me multiple options in my care. I would highly recommend Dr. Adekola and his staff.

I was referred to Tallahassee Pain Management for a chronic neck pain condition. I found Dr Adekola to be very polite, kind and professional. I don't understand the negative star ratings but I guess everybody's experience is different. Maybe it's because I wasn't seeking pain pills like some people. I was given some shots which worked like a miracle. Night and day difference. Dr Adekola was very informative and had excellent "bedside manner" I saw him on 2 occasions both great experiences.

One of the worst doctors I had the misfortune of spending 2 minutes with. After spending 15 minutes discussing an experimental invasive procedure to the spine with his nurse, he walked in & said he was going to decrease my small amount of pain medicine & wean me off completely instead of increasing it which is why I was referred there in the 1st place. He ignored my diagnoses & conditions & my efforts to reason with him. In essence he treated me like a child & drug seeker.
