Stay away!
I took my dad to Dr. Durojaiye for about 2 years. At first, he was Ok, albeit with long wait times at his office. I knew I had to take my dad somewhere else when we waited for about 3 hours at his office and when my dad’s name was called, he came by and rudely said ‘I cannot see your dad because I need to pick up my child. My nurse practitioner will be seeing him.’ This is how much he caredfor my dad. I recommend seeing someone else or taking your parents elsewhere and find a physician who actually cares!

He was the assigned Dr. for my mother at an area nursing home. He has never returned a single phone call or message left. Most importantly he overlooked renal failure and almost caused the death of my elderly mother. Thank goodness I took her out for lunch, noted how ill she was, took her to an ER and she was admitted to the hospital in renal failure. His ARNP told me her bloodwork was “fine” a week prior, but now I know her kidneys were shutting down and they had the blood work showing the problem when I was told she was “fine”.

The office staff from my first to last visit still was not pleasant. You WAIT A LONG LONG TIME when you make apt at say 1, should be seen at 1 not 3 hours later. I am not able to get past the receptionist, I had lost a script and the office receptionist never called despite saying she would call me back same day. Dr Durojaiye is the only good thing here, I am at wits end with the staff. You may find friendlier and more helpful/caring staff elsewhere

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CARE FROM DR. DUROJAIYE. I SWITCHED DOCTORS DUE TO MY INSURANCE COVERAGE. AFTER THE FIRST VISIT HE TOOK WEEKS AND MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS TO CALL IN MY PRESCRIPTIONS. HE REFILLED MY PERSCRIPTIONS ONCE BUT ONLY AGAIN AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND NOW TWO MONTHS LATER HE IS REFUSING TO REFILL THE PRESCRIPTIONS UNTIL I COME FOR ANOTHER VISIT (WHICH IS OVER $100.00 OUT OF POCKET). FURTHERMORE THE WAITING ROOM WAS CROWDED AND OVER AN HOUR WAIT FOR THE APPT.

My mother passed a week ago and neither the Dr or his staff have being willing to help us with the final process. All we need it is the Dr signature. We had to come in person to their office on order for them to help that is unacceptable as we didn't have enough with our big loss.
