The wait was VERY long- an hour past my original appointment. However the staff was very nice and dr ence was great with my four year old and helpful in figuring out the problem.

This was the worst experience I have had at any doctors office. I waited for a full hour after my appointment time before seeing Dr Ence. His advice was to try pain killers or maybe go to a specialist. I thought he was the specialist? After already checking my throat, I asked him if my sore throat was related to my other symptoms. His response was that he didn't notice my sore throat, but was able to see it the 2nd time he checked!

Dr Ence is an amazing Doctor! I recommend him to everyone I know. His staff the ladies in the Payson office are horrible. The one that schedules surgery is very ornery, the second women with curly longer hair that takes appointments is not a nice women, she has the worst look on her face and she interrupts you. They are not good with children. Don't go to that office if you have a child with disabilities. They scream back and forth to one another information. They don't care for your privacy..

I had to wait over an hour for my appointment and was not informed about him being behind by any of the staff. When he came it was rushed and my concerns were blown off. I was told to follow a treatment plan and then come back for a follow up where we would move on to a more permanent solution to my problem. When I returned he wouldn't even discuss solutions of the overarching problem saying he can't figure out why I am having it. Over $250 dollars later he was no help. I am not going back,
